Fixed a bug that would allow a non-timed floorhug if the character had just landed in non-tumble hitstun.
Hitting pillar now requires the player's Environmental Collision Box (ECB) bottom to be 20cm below the top of the pillar.
Previously, they could hit it as long as they were below the top of the pillar at all. This caused Kragg to break his own pillar when rolling off of it with Forward Special.
Fixed a bug that allowed her to cancel her Down Special more than once per airtime when using the new double tap cancel method.
