[p]Hello Bog-Explorers,[/p][p][/p][p]Thank you all for your support, we've read your feedback and through the issues you had and deploaying some bug fixes now![/p][p][/p][h2]Patch Notes[/h2][p][/p]
  • [p]Malignent Mirror: When multiple lords died at once, not all of them would spawn their Torment Shards.[/p]
  • [p]Fixing crashes with when Multistrike chance would reduce to 0.[/p]
  • [p]Fixing crashes in the Boglands.[/p]
  • [p]Fixing that "Green Goods Collector" would not properly register sent up items.[/p]
  • [p]Fixing the alchemist Flasks and the elements unlocked for it.[/p]
  • [p]Fixing that memoried traits would not show up twice.[/p]
  • [p]Fixing that using memory potions on a trait would make variants available for which the level wasn't reached.[/p]
  • [p]Fixing some issues with persistent data between runs were tags were not properly set leading to all kind of weird behaviour with abilities and traits.[/p]
  • [p]Fixing that Beast Huntress no longer crashing the game when entering the Training Grounds.[/p]
  • [p]Fixing that Final Growth: Quickhands won't give base speed increase but relative one.[/p]
  • [p]Fixing that Bard entry in the compendium wasn't selectable with the gamepad.[/p]
  • [p]Fixing that Blessings from the Boglands DLC get their level properly displayed.[/p]

[p]The penny may have dropped, but there’s always another reason for one more visit. After watching the outro cinematic, a new fellow may introduce himself to your encampment and play songs of glory and heroic death! The Bard will be available and bring with him a small selection of his finest music to choose from with every step into the halls.[/p][p][/p][p]The free update “Bardsong” is now available. If you own the soundtrack the new songs are available to listen outside of the game as well.[/p][p][/p][p] [/p][p][/p]
The Boglands

Keep decimating their numbers to force the Lord of Blight to rise from their hiding spot. How fast can you conquer the Boglands?[/p][p][/p][p]The boglands not only offer an entirely new environment, but also:[/p]
  • [p]2 new character (The Crone and The Alchemist)[/p]
  • [p]3 new abilities[/p]

  • [p]A new area that will also be available at the Shrine of Torment.[/p]
  • [p]Instead of having a fixed time, the Lord triggers after defeating 25 000 Enemies.[/p]
  • [p]Has its own quest board with quests to unlock further DLC content.[/p]
  • [p]Will unlock the first defensive ability “Enlightenment”.[/p]

  • [p]Unlocked through the Boglands quest board.[/p]
  • [p]Decay and summon centric character.[/p]
  • [p]Summons 4 types of plants with the ratio depending on selected abilities.[/p]
  • [p]Buffs summons more the fewer summons she has active at the same time.[/p]
  • [p]Will unlock the ability “Undergrowth”.[/p]

  • [p]Unlocked through the Boglands quest board.[/p]
  • [p]Multielement character that uses whatever element is equipped.[/p]
  • [p]Great choice to improve your direct damage with elements but also to increase effect chances.[/p]
  • [p]Converts Damage bonus to Effect Damage bonus.[/p]
  • [p]Will unlock the ability “Elemental Cascade”[/p]

  • [p]Decay is a permanent elemental effect.[/p]
  • [p]Will reduce block and defense of enemies.[/p]
  • [p]Deals low amounts of damage every second.[/p]
  • [p]Adding 4 ability upgrades to existing abilities for the new element / effect.[/p]

  • [p]Growth Traits that improve stats as you level up.[/p]
  • [p]Blessings to increase potion capacity.[/p]
  • [p]Traits to increase Effect Damage.[/p]

  • [p]If you have already beaten the game, the Bard will automatically arrive.[/p]
  • [p]Along with the Bard there will be a new quest board.[/p]
  • [p]The Bard’s Mark lets you select a Bard ability with any other character.[/p]

  • [p]The Bard will have six unique abilities.[/p]
  • [p]Each ability will be unlocked from the start.[/p]
  • [p]You can unlock additional traits and upgrades through the quest board.[/p]
  • [p]Each ability has 2 core upgrades and at least one upgrade related to a status effect.[/p]
  • [p]Bard abilities are synchronized with the three new music tracks in the game.[/p]

  • [p]When selecting the Bard, you must choose one of the three tracks to play with.[/p]
  • [p]The beats of the music trigger the bard’s abilities.[/p]
  • [p]When leveling up, the music becomes more intense.[/p]
  • [p]It is possible to unlock the new tracks for all other characters.[/p]
  • [p]On release we’ll add the new tracks to the OST.[/p]

  • [p]In the “Settings -> Input Methods” a new option “Manual Trait Selection” can be found to change that level up screens open automatically so that they need to be triggered manually.[/p]
  • [p]Added 6 new artifacts. 3 related to the bard and 3 new generic ones.[/p]
  • [p]Some artifacts can now be obtained through quests.[/p]
  • [p]Done a slight rebalancing of the Torment Ranks to have a less drastic increase per level. (Health x1.11 -> x1.09, Defense x1.10 -> x1.09, Movement Speed +1.5% -> +1.0%)[/p]
  • [p]Changed that Ancient Signets add +50% Damage to specific abilities they apply.[/p]
  • [p]Added rare Ancient Signets.[/p]
  • [p]When a PS5 controller is connected, button prompts will swap to match the PS5.[/p]
  • [p]Improved settings navigation via gamepad.[/p]

Hot Experimental Update - The Bard

The Bard Enters the Stage!
[h3]Welcome to the Grand After Show Party![/h3][p][/p][p]On 28th October, just two weeks shy, the bard and the new DLC “The Boglands” will arrive. As a preparation we’ll make the free update available on our Experimental Branch. Aside from the Bard it consists of several smaller changes and improvements, including performance improvements.[/p][p][/p][p]Experimental Update: 14th October[/p][p]Live Update Expected: 28th October [/p][p][/p][p]You can join the experimental branch by right-clicking Halls of Torment in your library and then going into the properties. From there: Betas -> Beta Participation -> experimental[/p][p]
