Pushing fixes as per Fusion Machine Error & Recipe Questions and Fusion Machine and Coin Store! Thank you for the reports!

• Fixed when pressing ESC to close a placeable window, when trying to open the placeable window back again it wouldn't open. This shouldn't happen anymore.
  
• Fixed Hardened Dust slots not working in Crusher, Fusion Machine, Bottler, Stamper and Pump.
  
• Fixed Fusion Machine recipes beyond Hardened Dust I not fully implemented. Sorry about that!
  
• Fixed Dwarf King Tab and Dwarven Book window text not showing with spaces in between words.
  
• Fixed Obsidian not updating in Dwarf King Tab when it's open and you've completed challenges.
  
• Fixed Fusion Machine showing wrong window text. This didn't cause any internal issues. I simply forgot to rename the window text when I reworked the Placeables a good while ago.
  
• Fixed being able to click behind Game Menu.
  
• Fixed Store exploit giving you coins instead of taking them.
