Pushing fixes as per Hardened Dust Disappearing From Machines

Some of these new issues (fixed now hopefully) are due to my reinstallation of windows. When I push my changes to our git repo it somehow ignored some files and I didn't realize this until now.
Seeing you lost Hardened Dust from a machine when clicking craft, if you have a fusion machine spawned you'll receive a reward for the inconvenience!

• Fixed Hardened Dust not showing the correct sprite. Sprites were loading from a folder which was wrong.
  
• Fixed Hardened Dust being removed from Placeables when crafting a new item.
  
• Fixed The Surface not able to generate due to a missing prefab.
