Free Char Pack Deadline, Lobby v2, Balance, and Optimization Patch

We pushed the free character pack sign up deadline to the end of the Early Access period. All accounts made during Early Access will get the character pack permanently now - we'll let you know when official launch is coming up!

Lobby v2
- Updated visuals on the lobby screen.
- All players can now see a preview of some high-level settings changed by the host.
- Moved the Settings Preset dropdown from inside of the Settings menu to the lobby screen.
- Added "Random Character" as a separate option in character select. This will show your character as "random" until the game starts.
- Host is now able to change other people's team.
- Host can now change the lobby's name. This will appear in the lobby list as well.
- Host can now Randomize Teams of specified sizes.
- Host can now disable the ability for players to change their own team.
- Lobby List has been visually updated.
- Lobby List can now be sorted (ascending or descending) by different categories.
- Added an in-game timer that shows in the lobby while a game is in progress. This will be visible to players that join a lobby that is in-game.
- Removed client-initiated chat messages
- Added lobby chat history
- Username bug fix on complete account

Optimizations
- Graphics Optimizations (Memory Usage & Rendering Improvements)
- Add more Graphics Options
- Add Fallback Fog for when Volumetric Lighting Disabled
- Fix Rendering Issues on Mac
