Hello Crafters!

Brian here, good news - the time is almost nigh!
The Cosypocalypse Cometh, Praise Baby Cthulhu!

We have finally solidified our date after it saying "Quarter 2 of 2025" for some time. We learned that it is better to not make any promises when there is even the slightest chance that something bad could happen and postpone the release.

Anyways, that said...

CRAFTCRAFT WILL COME OUT ON MAY 27TH, LESS THAN 3 WEEKS!



It's been an absolute pleasure to work on. Thank you all for your patience and ongoing support.

We are super busy putting last touches and polishing the game and excited for everyone to play, and inhabit the magical town of Windspel!

I've been involved with this game for 2 years now - crafting the audio juice for the game (painstakingly design the just right clink and clanks for your listening pleasure) and also helping to find the lovely voice actors for out characters.

Speaking of Baby Cthulhu™️ here's one of our characters Zexx von Heliope with his oddly adorable charge Shaaxh'andi the Hope Ender (We promise, this is the most ominous the game gets, it is overall very cozy ːgoodestː ).

I have another announcement and video for you! If you have played the last game I directed, Death and Taxes, you might know this lovely pirate skeleton character who sells you his wares... well he will also show up in CraftCraft! He will be your customer but also maybe... something more?????? Here is a sneek peek to the dialogue:

We are so excited about our progress and we will take a bit more time to complete the game.

Here are some cool things we recently implemented:
Aesthetic system where you can note down customers asks in your notepad.


And a pillow you can put your crafts on to give them to the customer, we added spears and axes and all kinds of fun stuff!

We are now 99% content complete, all voice acting, writing and audio is done, we have had to take some more time to complete all implementation and programming. This game is the first game we are making in Godot, and we are liking the engine a lot, there is a lot tho that we have to invent, having some unique game mechanics and it has taken more time at points than we thought.

The release will be somewhere in April if everything goes to plan and we have been reworking multiple of the mechanics to be more intuitive after some testing! I'm personally sorry it is taking so long but we also are happy we can afford the time to make it the best thing we can! April is also quite quiet time releases wise so we will have a good time releasing then. Fingers crossed.

Hi Crafters!

It is very exciting times for us, I have some news for you, both good and bad.

Let's get to the bad ones first: We need to push the release one more month to 10th March!

And I am so thankful for the patience of everybody. With small teams, if anybody gets sick or has other personal reasons, the development slows down noticeably and we have been through a lot this last half a year.

We really want to deliver you a fully done experience and we are currently full speed ahead of finishing up the game!

And now some nicer news! We have finished all writing and voice acting of all of our 37 characters that will show up in the game to ask for commissions from the crafter or some to also chat in the tavern.

We have been making the overall feel of the game better and are very thankful for all the feedback so far. We won't be updating the demo at this moment but we will also get to that after we finish making the full game itself. The demo update will come some time before release too.



It is a lot of fun making this and we work hard (while staying healthy) to bring you an awesome game. Very excited about it! Thanks again for the patience!

So excited! It is time for our Next Fest!
