v1.0~1.2 Updates & Future Plans

Hi everyone!

We would like to express our gratitude to all players for your assistance and feedback on TEVI so far. Every review and comment helps us continuously improve the game and for that, we are deeply thankful.

The game has been updated to version v1.2, and there are still many adjustments and fixes planned. Although it will take time, we will strive to improve TEVI with continuous updates of the game based on your participation.


[h2]Major Update: Versions v1.0~v1.2[/h2]

  • Added Colosseum Boss Rush Challenge
  • Added Circus Parkour Challenge
  • Added deeper difficulty variation system
  • Added DPS Training Room / Mushroom Stress Relief Room
  • Added special challenges in hidden areas
  • Added Voice Replay feature in dialogue records
  • Fine-tuned some character portraits (corresponding to future skin updates)

  • Improved some terrain and maze structures / level configurations / game processes
  • Improved exploration guidance / items / display methods for map connections
  • Optimized controls / custom settings
  • Adjusted dynamic difficulty variation for hard mode and above
  • Added "Map Auto-Marking" feature to automatically mark visible resource items on the map


[h3]Bug Fixes:[/h3]
  • Fixed some dialogues, translations, and voice errors
  • Fixed some reported or known errors


[h2]Future Plans for TEVI:[/h2]

We plan to update localization in the future, and detailed announcements will be made when ready. The languages ​​expected to be updated include:
  • Korean (한국어)
  • Ukrainian (українська)
  • Russian (Русский)
  • Spanish (español)


The team is also developing a new DLC, which will continue the main storyline, featuring new areas, enemies, and bosses. Special skins for Tevi are also in preparation, so stay tuned for more news!

Boss Rush Update and future content announcment

[h2]Boss Rush access method[/h2]

After completing all main chapters, head to the colosseum in the bottom right of Valhalla, where you can find the Mysterious Attendant to initiate the Boss Rush!



The ultimate gauntlet has arrived: Boss Rush mode, where you'll face off against every boss in the game. Brace yourself for back-to-back smackdowns, during which special hidden events can be triggered! Dive in and find out what lies in wait!




[h2]New features:[/h2]

  • Added "The Colosseum" Boss Rush Mode, which features more than 3 different difficulty levels. Players can access the colosseum after clearing the game. Once any Boss Rush is completed, the colosseum becomes accessible in any save file.
  • Added three new special battles, which can be accessed by following the new post game objectives.
  • Added 10 new achievements
  • Added "Auto Pin" feature. When players see an item or any resource block, it will be auto-pinned to the map, even if they have not collected it. (This feature is on by default. Items hidden in blocks or fake walls will not pinned until the block or fake wall is removed)




  • Optimized the "Always display map connections" feature. Now almost all connections are shown. (Feature is on by default)




  • Optimized Misty Maze "2": Changed one of the rooms so players can reach the end and clear the fog sooner.
  • Optimized Dreamer's Keep: Made changes and added a simpler gimmick to make it easier to navigate.


[h2]Fixes:[/h2]

  • Fixed missing hint in Library Key's English description
  • Fixed player's inability to apply "Impassioned" debuff to the boss if player DPS is very high
  • Fixed Chapter 3 "BOSS 1" using a phase 1 attack during phase 2 if player DPS is very high
  • Fixed an attack pattern of Chapter 8 "BOSS 2"
  • Fixed both bosses in Dreamer's Keep sharing the same equipment in Free Roam mode
  • And many minor bug fixes


[h2]What's coming next?[/h2]

Currently we are developing a new major DLC, which continues the story after the main game with new areas, enemies and bosses.

There are also two new skins planned for Tevi.
More news will be announced later!

Meanwhile, there will be some new free content (The Circus, which focuses on platforming challenges) and features (For example: Loop Bosses+++ which was previously exclusive to the demo Version) before the DLCs release. Please stay tuned!

Patch Note 1.03

  • Maps now display almost all room connections even if they are not discovered (Default ON)
  • Long rooms' visuals on mini-map now change if they are not fully discovered



  • "Landmine" enemies now slow down when attacked by the player
  • DoT damage to player no longer count as "No. of Hits Received" and "Damage Received"

  • Fixed "Caprice / Chapter 5 : BOSS 1" can be frozen by some frame perfect pausing
  • Fixed when "Chapter 6 BOSS 1" debuff both player and themselves with "Defence Down". The boss's "Defence Down" stack never increases. (Now boss can reach "Defence Down 10" instead of just "Defence Down 1")
  • Fixed "Chapter 6 BOSS 1" do not use Underworld Tyrant in Infernal BBQ difficulty
  • Fixed some puzzle rooms' destroyable blocks not respawning
  • Fixed display bug where Map Percent "Completed" is not 100% (even when "Area Completed" is 100%)
  • Fixed "Free Roam" Vena Battle cannot be triggered again if Vena wins
  • Fixed "Basic Ground Combo iII (Alt)" missing hits if attack rate is too high
  • ...and some minor bug fixes
  • Beta Branches are now available. Player can revert to previous version. Or opt-in beta test of upcoming versions (Beta patch note can be found in Steam Discussion's pinned post)
  • Before opt-in any branch, it is recommended to backup your save files

TEVI Year-End Vtuber Live Party!

Hi everyone! It's been almost a month since the release of TEVI. First and foremost, we would like to express our gratitude to all the players who provided reviews. We have received your feedback and impressions, and the development team will continue to make adjustments and improvements. We are also preparing for future plans. Thank you for your support.

Patch Note 1.02

[h2]New changes:[/h2]
  • Added 5 new Sigils in craft menu
  • Added a new Custom Game setting
  • Players can now change custom game settings in Tevi's bed (Not all custom game settings can be changed)
  • Players can now change difficulty in Tevi's bed to Infernal BBQ once they beaten it, in all the save files
  • Players can now upgrade "Explorer's Compass" once cleared at least three Memine Challenges
  • New setting option in the setting menu, which allows players to trigger the Jetpack with just holding "JUMP"
  • Added shortcut to retry/abort during Memine Challenge
  • Added a small hint in Misty Maze about how to solve it, and now it is now possible to remove the fog once the player reaches the last room
  • Added visual hint in Dreamer's Keep
  • Requirement of some unlockable settings are lowered



[h2]Balance:[/h2]
  • Balance to chapter 6+ bosses' health, attack and break gauge (Hard+ and higher)
  • All Sigils with "All melee attack power +1.5%" effect changed to "All melee attack power +3.0%"
  • Sigil "EP Booster: Melee Menace" effect changed (1.5% -> 3.0% , EP +1 -> EP +2)
  • Sigil "EP Booster: Perfectionist" negative effect changed (2 -> 3)


[h2]Fixes:[/h2]
  • About the Hellfire underflow bug. The bug behavior is kept as we like the strat, but in greater difficulties, this bug is now less effective.
  • Fixed "Random Sigil" mode's seed bug
  • Fixed Sable C's bomb having the same break mod as cluster/cross bomb's (Break effect is kept but less effective)
  • Fixed Chapter 6 "Boss 2" refight not triggering
  • Fixed Chapter 8 "Boss 3" : Sometimes dark fog does not disappear when boss battles starts
  • Safemode now deletes corrupted setting file (not save files)
  • Game will now stop loading corrupted save/setting files to prevent crashes. If tevisystem.sav is corrupted, the game will try to recreate a new copy based on your Steam Achievement process. (If you lost your tevisystem.sav, you can force this recreation by pressing F9 on the title screen, a sound effect will be played once it is done)
  • ...and some minor bug fixes


[h2]Hotfixes:[/h2]
  • Fixed Train/Airship NPC Dialog box text position
  • Fixed a room in Cloister of Redemption
  • Chapter 6+ bosses break gauge balance now based on number of Cherry Bunny Potion collected
  • Now Chapter 5 bosses no longer affected by the balance change


[h2]What's coming next:[/h2]
As previously mentioned, in next update we will focus on the Boss Rush in the Colosseum. Also, we will add the option to show room connections in the map system without discover them first (togglable in setting menu).
