Welcome to the first Outpath devlog I will be doing showing things I do until the final game release! This means that the things I show here will not be in the demo but in the final game.

• Adding Day & Night cycle as many of you wished and asked so here it is. This will bring more life to the world, new creatures will spawn, resources and much more!
  
• I also changed the sky during the day and the sea water effects.
  
• Improved performance in general.

Last week, developer David Moralejo Sánchez released Outpath: First Journey, a free "prologue chapter" for a first-person mix of clicker and crafting due in 2023. As of right now, it has an "overwhelmingly positive" rating on Steam and over 700 reviews.

n interesting-sounding experiment has picked up Overwhelmingly Positive Steam reviews over the past week: It's a demo called Outpath: The First Journey for a game coming in 2023 that'll be properly called Outpath. It's billed as a prologue chapter, but it's very much a demo of what seems to be planned for the main game. I think it'll appeal to fans of games like Forager foremost, but it'll also attract the idle-clicker, survival crafting, and production optimization crowds...
