SystemInfo 5.63

UL benchmarks use a component called SystemInfo to identify the hardware in your system. This patch updates SystemInfo to version 5.63.

• SystemInfo now collects airplane mode settings on devices where it is available.
  
• SystemInfo now collects system power mode settings on applicable devices.
