I don't know what's about to happen. By the time I save this and make it go live, we're still living in the world where the game isn't out yet. I don't know what people think of it, or what reviews look like, or...anything. I've played the game infinity times, myself, but the thing about writing and directing a video game that's been in your head this long is you can't ever experience the game yourself the same way. I already have the feeling inside me that I want the game to give you. I can only hope it works.

You, though, reading this, are in another world. The game is out now. You might actually know how people feel about it. You might actually feel about it a certain way! But I don't know any of that and we're still technically working on it, trying to fix bugs and make small bits better here and there.

That will continue to be true, actually. Some stuff we're working on, even now:

[p]In a patch coming very soon, you'll have access to multiple stages (i.e. not just the train station) in arcade mode (plenty of them are already made and exist, but we need to battle test them and and and and)[/p]
[p]Performance improvements targeting Steam Deck are ongoing. Right now, you can play on Steam Deck in Arcade mode more or less perfectly, but we're trying to iron out the narrative experience. [/p]
[p]Localization! Right now, the game is just in English, but very soon that won't be the case. We're starting with Simplified Chinese, with more languages rolling out after. More on this soon! [/p]
[p]XBOX! We will be on XBox Series very soon. Within the next week, from what we've heard, but we'll keep you updated.[/p]
[p]More free updates will be added regularly starting very soon! First on the docket are the tracks LESSON ONE, MIC CHECK, and HOMEWORK COFFEE, which you can expect in the upcoming weeks.[/p]
