Monster Hunter Wilds' next set of Event Quests is here, and we'll soon get to try and fail at Challenge Quests, too

Just like two weeks ago, Capcom has rolled out the first of several new Event Quests to all Monster Hunter Wilds players. Event Quests are available for a limited time, and they task players with taking down certain monsters to earn unique rewards.

[h3]The fan-favorite monster Mizutsune is here![/h3]

Mizutsune, a Leviathan with a sleek, lithe body, is the unrivaled master of bubbles. Gear up for a hunt that's as elegant as a dance. A challenging 8★ Tempered Mizutsune will also be joining the fray!
Get ready to experience how this series fan-favorite is brought to life in Monster Hunter Wilds!
Note: Once you've reached HR 21 or higher, an extra mission will become available after talking to Kanya in the Scarlet Forest.

[h3]Zoh Shia rises once more![/h3]

Zoh Shia is now available as a repeatable quest!
To get Zoh Shia to appear, you'll need to complete a specific new mission that unlocks at HR 50. Once you've completed it, Zoh Shia will have a low chance of appearing in the Ruins of Wyveria during the Wyvern's Wakening environment state (check the Environment Overview) and can be made into a quest!

[h3]Arch-tempered Rey Dau strikes in an event quest![/h3]

Brace yourself for Arch-tempered monsters, stronger and fiercer than their tempered counterparts! In Free Title Update 1, an Arch-tempered Rey Dau will be available in an event quest starting April 30. If you're a hunter with HR 50 or higher and the skills to match, then get ready for this challenging hunt!

[h3]Travel to the Grand Hub![/h3]

The Grand Hub is a vibrant space where hunters can unite, share stories, and interact in exciting new ways.
The Squad Information Counter will relocate from the Windward Plains to the Grand Hub once travel to the area has been unlocked, allowing you to conveniently manage your squads.
Note: Once you've reached HR 16 or higher, the Grand Hub can be unlocked by talking to Tetsuzan in the upper area of Suja, Peaks of Accord.


[h3]Celebrate the season with the Festival of Accord: Blossomdance event, releasing on April 23![/h3]

Event Time: April 23 - May 6 (UTC)

During seasonal events, the Grand Hub's decorations and meals change to fit the season, and you'll also be able to obtain unique equipment, gestures, camp decorations, and more!
In addition to seasonal event quests, most of the past event quests will be re-released, so stay tuned for more hunts coming your way!

Additionally, an update featuring a collaboration with a Capcom title, along with other new features, adjustments, and fixes, is planned for the end of May. After that, Free Title Update 2 is set for release around summer. Further details will be announced soon, so please stay tuned for more information!

Monster Hunter Wilds title update 1 will release on PC in April, adding a Grand Hub, Mizutsune and new quests


Monster Hunter Wilds will receive its first proper title update on Thursday, April 3rd PT and Friday, April 4th in the UK. The update adds a new social hub to the beast-bashing action-RPG, together with a new monster you might recognise from previous games, some tougher varieties of existing monsters, and a bunch of additional quest types and outfits. Monster Hunter Wilds title update 1 delivers everything players want and beyond

Monster Hunter Wilds title update 1 is everything that fans could have asked for - and a not-so-subtle tease from Capcom promises that more is on the way. The first major overhaul for the biggest RPG on Steam, the new MH Wilds update now has a confirmed release date, and will revive classic monster Mizutsune while bringing back the beloved Gathering Hub, adding seasonal events, introducing a new battle with Zoh Shia, and adding the Arch-Tempered version of Rey Dau, complete with forgeable armor sets. There are also new cosmetics, gestures, and DLC on the way - and a gigantic tease for the next Monster Hunter Wilds title update, which Capcom says will arrive this summer.
