How to get all Monster Hunter Wilds Hunter Symbols

How do you get Monster Hunter Wilds Hunter Symbols? MH Wilds doesn't make it very clear that these hunts are available to you, but Hunter Symbols are a unique material used for crafting weapons and armor. They appear as a certificate in your inventory, as proof that you've hunted a Tempered monster.


Hunter Symbols in Monster Hunter Wilds can be earned by hunting Tempered monsters of varying difficulty. Five-star Tempered monsters drop Hunter Symbol I; six-star Tempered monsters drop Hunter Symbol II; and seven- or eight-star Tempered monsters drop Hunter Symbol III. The rarity of gear you're crafting dictates which Hunter Symbol you need, so hunting these powerful beasts is essential to craft the best equipment.
