More than 60% of Capcom's digital game sales last year were on PC




If you've been with us for a while, you may recall that it was kind of a big deal when Capcom announced that Monster Hunter World was coming to PC. (Alas, poor Dauntless.) We had to wait a little longer for it than our console pals, but when it finally showed up it turned out to be a big hit—and suddenly Capcom was all about gaming on PC, saying in 2021 that it wanted PC to be its main platform in the future, with a target of 50% of its sales on PC by 2022, or maybe 2023...

Monster Hunter Wilds is getting harder, but Capcom has a plan to help you out

Monster Hunter Wilds is about to get even bigger. Capcom's latest entry in the ARPG series launched to immediate success, peaking at 1.3 million concurrents on Steam and reaching eight million copies sold, making it the fastest selling title in the company's history. Since then, we've had title update 1, which brought back Mizutsune, introduced the Grand Hub, and an array of new activities and items to keep us busy. Now, with update 1.011 and the Street Fighter 6 collaboration around the corner, MH Wilds director Yuya Tokuda pens a new community letter detailing title update 2 and beyond.

The side mission is available from Quinn at the Oilwell Basin Base Camp starting at Hunter Rank 21.

Monster Hunter Wilds nabs Street Fighter 6's Akuma, Chun-Li and more for a Capcom centric collab


The unthinkable has happened, folks: Monster Hunter Wilds, from the one and only Capcom, is collaborating with Street Fighter 6, also from the one and only Capcom. This won't be much of a surprise for many of you given that 1. Capcom own both titles and can arrange collabs like this pretty easily I assume and B. it's been teasing it for days now. That isn't to say the trailer showing off the crossover didn't have anything concrete, as it did confirm that you'll be able dress up as Street Fighter baddie Akuma.
