The first Monster Hunter Wilds title update adds a gathering hub in early April

With the launch of Monster Hunter Wilds upon us, Capcom reveals more details about the first title update arriving post-release. The new RPG has already won my heart, but I had a few gripes with the latest entry in the series. Fortunately, two of my biggest issues are already set to be addressed when Monster Hunter Wilds title update 1 arrives. Set to land in early April, it'll give us a more dedicated social space and ramp up the challenge to new heights.

New Title Update 1 Information!

Hey hunters,

How’s it going?

We’re so, so close to launch now and can’t wait for you to join us in the Forbidden Lands as we usher in the next generation of Monster Hunter together!

But, before then we’ve got some exciting and fresh new information for you about the game’s first free content update, Title Update 1, that’s literally just been revealed at a digital event (at the time of this posting) by Monster Hunter Wilds producer, Ryozo Tsujimoto, and Monster Hunter Wilds director, Yuya Tokuda!

New Title Update 1 Content Information!

Release Window

First up, we’re pleased to confirm that TU1 for Monster Hunter Wilds will arrive in early April.

This will give hunters enough time to prepare for the new content, and challenges, that await them!

A New Level of Challenge!

Prepare your gear, and resolve, hunters! TU1 will bring with it a monster of formidable strength at a level above Tempered!

Another challenging monster will also await you!

A Place to Gather!

A new place to meet, communicate, have meals together and more with other hunters will be added to Monster Hunter Wilds in TU1!

This area will be available to hunters who have completed the main story, so get hunting and be ready!

Monster Hunter Wilds quest list - all main missions and side quests

What are the Monster Hunter Wilds quests? There are a fair few ways to hunt monsters in Capcom's latest RPG juggernaut. You can find the monster you want to slay out in the wild, hunt it down during an optional quest, or stumble upon it during a main story mission. As such, keeping track of all these methods can be rather difficult, and if you're a completionist, you'll want to know that you've done everything the game has to offer.

Monster Hunter Wilds offers main story chapters with different sub-chapters within them, and within those are assignments to hunt certain monsters that in turn become optional quests later on.
