little bugs during the first bonus stage (fixed)

A new set of stages is aviable as "B-plan" (breakforce plan) it can be selected in the menu.

-Mode selection has been remade
-The 1rst and second stage are variations of the original levels but next ones are brand new.
-Continues are now set to 9, but I hope you'll try to beat the game with only one (this is possible)
-new weapon sets have been added (moon dancer and surgeon gear)
