[v0.5.5] Patch Note

[h2]New Features[/h2]

  • Players can now build and craft using materials stored in containers within the town, even if they do not have the materials in hand. This feature can be disabled from the settings.
  • Added descriptions for items unlocked by World Level (Grammi, Boss Points, Dungeon Points).

  • Revised tutorial messages to make them clearer.
  • Added spotlights to the transfer pods.
  • Adjusted the UI for World Level to allow viewing all World Level information from the beginning.
  • Adjusted the sound for the boss in the "Halloween Forest" biome.

  • Fixed a bug that allowed multiple types of items to be stored in a single container by moving them directly from the equipment slot.
  • Corrected the wording in the item details.
  • Fixed the wording when Grammi tries to convert items when the Data Analyzer reaches its analysis limit.
  • Changed the name of the resource node "rock" to "ore".

  • Fixed an issue where tombs could spawn in inaccessible locations inside the boss dungeon of the "Halloween Forest" biome.
  • Fixed an issue where Grammi's program could stop running after executing blocks a certain number of times.
  • Fixed an issue where the game would not start with the expected language settings in some language environments when launched for the first time.
  • Fixed an issue where items could duplicate when Grammi picks them up.
  • Fixed an issue with incorrect recipe descriptions in the World Level details UI.
  • Made some fixes to the item search logic in the farm by Grammi.
  • Fixed an issue where Grammi would keep circling around when trying to plant seeds on sloped farm plots.
  • Fixed an issue where the contents would not be saved when closing the coding editor with the [G] key.
  • Fixed an issue where items obtained from containers like chests using Shift + left click would not appear in the item selection options on the coding block.
  • Made sure that the default name of a new custom program in the coding editor is correctly localized.
  • Fixed an issue where reducing the RenderScale setting would excessively enhance the depth of field effect.
  • Fixed an issue where some textures' transparency was disabled at the altar of the boss in the "Meadows of New Beginnings" biome.


[h2]Others[/h2]
The issue of tombs spawning in inaccessible locations near the boss dungeon in the Halloween Forest that occurred up to v0.5.3 has been fixed in this patch, but graves that have already been generated will remain in their place. As a remedial measure, we are providing a way to access these tombs. Please refer to this [Q&A].

There are 2 bug fixes, 1 performance improvement in the patch v0.5.3.

  • Fixed a bug that tombs could be buried at the entrance of some dungeons.
  • Fixed a bug that the game could crash when using a bulk mining rod in a specific placement pattern.

The Omega Crafter project was launched with our inspiration of "how exciting it would be if we combine automation by programming with a survival crafting game." It took no longer time to realize our intuition was correct. We have been working on developing Omega Crafter to bring it to the extreme limits of fun.

Today, after 2 years since the beginning of the project, we finally released Omega Crafter.

[h2]Releasing Omega Crafter as an Early Access Game[/h2]

As "Omega" is an under-development game world in Omega Crafter, Omega Crafter itself is also under development. All the members are strongly confident to say that you will be captivated by the fun of Omega Crafter even at this point, but our brains are full of ideas to make it further interesting.

We plan to share our ideas as the Omega Crafter development roadmap in the near future. Stay tuned!
