Q1. I’ve noticed some communication challenges between the dev team, including the game’s PD and the players. Any plans to improve this?
We sincerely apologize for the lack of active communication. We've dedicated significant time to contemplating the direction of the service and prioritizing our development work. With the update of Season 1.5, we are committed to enhancing our communication efforts moving forward. We appreciate your understanding, and we hope this Q&A serves as a step in that direction.

Q2. Is the new mode, Infinite Battle, an event-only mode or a permanent mode?
It is a permanent mode. However, the Infinite Battle introduced in 1.5 will continue to be refined based on your feedback.

Q3. I’d like to manually set my status before it automatically switches to “away” after some time. Could this be an option?
In the Season 1.5 update, quick chat in the lobby has been added. We expect that this feature will help alleviate some of the inconvenience you’ve mentioned.

Q4. I’d like to chat with my teammates in-game. Are there any plans to add a chat system?
It seems difficult to introduce a chat system in the near future. We are considering using emoticons and quick chat features to facilitate smoother communication during gameplay.

Q5. Could you improve the AI for bots to better balance gameplay difficulty?
We’ve introduced difficulty adjustments for bots with new players in the Season 1.5 update. You’ll see further improvements to bot difficulty in regular matches coming in Season 2.

Q6. I’m curious about the upcoming new calixers. Can you give me a little sneak peek?
In Season 2, you can look forward to Zeus and Theseus joining the roster. (We’ll even share a sneak peek of their weapons and more to help you picture them!)

Today, we are introducing Athena, a character that many of our crew have been curious about.
Without further ado, let's take a look at Athena, the powerful warrior from Battle Crush!

[h3]Justice Does Not Waver![/h3]

Athena is a warrior with a strong sense of justice.
When the war of the gods began, she volunteered to join the Chaos army.
Despite not being a Calixer, her exceptional physical abilities and tactical prowess made her stand out, but she refused to rely on divine power.
However, due to Zeus’ scheme, she received the "Aegis" Calix to fight Ares and became a Calixer.
Though she led her army to victory, Ares later escaped,
and she was tasked with tracking him down again.
Through this battle, Athena aims to surpass her own limits.

Personality: Athena is a true soldier who values justice, making all decisions based on strict law and order. She is kind to those who understand honor but delivers relentless judgment to those who break the law.

[h3]Skills[/h3]

Athena's basic abilities revolve around using a spear and shield.
To use the shield, she must enter a Defensive Stance, which can be triggered by using Heavy Attack 1, Heavy Attack 2, or a Dive Attack.
Once in Defensive Stance, she can attack with her shield.
To disengage the stance and switch back to the spear, she can use her Special, Dodge, or unleash her Ultimate.

As the goddess of war, Athena can provide special buffs through her Special.
When Athena users her Special, she quickly clashes her spear and shield, granting nearby allies the Courage buff.

1. Perform a spin, then strike your spear upward.
   

[h3][Defensive Stance] Light Attack 1[/h3]

• Swing your shield.
  

[h3][Defensive Stance] Light Attack 2[/h3]

• Swing your shield.
  

[h3][Defensive Stance] Light Attack 3[/h3]

• Hold your shield close and charge forward, performing a midair spin to attack nearby enemies.
  

[h3]Heavy Attack 1[/h3]

• Raise your shield and charge at your enemies to push them away. You can spin while charging. After the action ends: Enter Defensive stance.
  

[h3]Heavy Attack 2[/h3]

• Raise your shield and quickly charge at your enemies to push them away. You can spin while charging. After the action ends: Enter Defensive stance.
  

[h3]Ultimate[/h3]

• Raise your foot high and stomp the ground, then gather energy and throw a spear in the direction you are facing. You can alter the direction of the spear while charging. After the action ends: Exit defensive stance.
  

[h3]Dodge[/h3]

• Raise your shield and maintain your stance while jumping backwards. After the action ends: Exit defensive stance.
  

[h3]Dodge Attack[/h3]

• (When using a Light Attack after Dodge) Swing your spear upward while moving back. Perform the attack 2 times in succession and launch the enemy into the air.
  

[h3]Dive Attack[/h3]

• (When using a Light Attack while in midair) Fall from the air and powerfully strike the ground with the force of your full weight on your shield. If you are locked onto a target, fall toward the target and attack them. After the action ends: Enter Defensive stance.
  

[h3]Special[/h3]

• Rapidly clash your shield and spear together, instilling courage in nearby allies. After the action ends: Exit defensive stance.
  
• [Courage] Buff]: Removes all type effects from Athena and her allies and provides immunity to type effects for a set duration.
