Removed physical type disks from the survivor mode's Pyromancer item pool, as physical types were being converted into fire damage as well.
Adjusted wall colliders in certain levels to account for hammer's charge attack.
Adjusted the timing of the hammer's charge attack for disks and artifacts being called earlier than intended (changed from the point of the jump to the point of actual ground impact).
