In the Arsenal, you can now equip duplicate artifacts while wearing the Emperor Outfit. Changing to another outfit will remove all duplicate items. However, duplicate shield items cannot be obtained even with Emperor's Outfit (which is the limitation of the outfit).
Fixed an issue where the Bone Bag artifact had an irregular number display.
Guard Skirt artifact and Turtle Shell artifact now correctly have the "Shield" tag in their item descriptions.
