Update 1.1.2 includes several improvements and tweaks to ensure a smooth gameplay experience on ✨Steam Deck✨, and, as always, more bug fixes! 🪲

Bug Fixes:

• Controller Display Fix: The LT key bind will no longer appear in the lower left corner when inspecting items without a zoom feature, such as the phone in the Office.
  
• Improved Symbol Visibility: Adjusted the fade-out distance for smaller symbols and markings, ensuring they remain visible longer. For example, the markings on the keys in the Entrance can now be seen even if standing far away from a key.
  
• Bookshelf Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where standing in a specific spot could get you stuck between the rotating bookshelf and the railing in the Library.
  
• Hold-to-Zoom Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where the hold-to-zoom feature would temporarily stop working after inspecting certain items.
  
• Vault Door Unlock Fix: Fixed an issue where entering the Entrance by passing the last bookshelf and then returning to deliver the package in the chute would not unlock the Vault door, when the other two secret tasks were completed.
  
• Library Lighting Fixes: Resolved various lighting artifacts in the Library.

This patch includes a few bug fixes for Escape From Mystwood Mansion.

[h3]Bug Fixes:[/h3]

• Fixed the broken Display Mode Combo-box in Graphic settings.
  
• The small clock key in the library can no longer be placed at the spots meant for the plaques.
  
• Added some extra safety features to (hopefully) prevent the very rare bug of falling through the level when loading into the game.

We're thrilled to announce the release of Update 1.1.0 for Escape From Mystwood Mansion, unlocking new ways to navigate the mysteries of the mansion.

This update introduces:

🎮Full Controller Support:🎮

• Unwind on the couch or in front of your PC setup - escape the mansion with the familiar comfort of your gamepad.
  
• Native support for Xbox controllers and seamless support for other controllers via Steam Input (glyphs remain Xbox-styled).
  
• Intuitive button mapping and stick controls for examining objects, activating mechanisms, and navigating menus.
  

We hope that this update opens the door to players who prefer controllers or simply want a different way to enjoy the game.

In addition to controller support, Update 1.1.0 also includes:

• 🔎Hold to Zoom Feature: Hold down the new zoom button (middle mouse button, or RS/RT on gamepad) to get a closer look.
  
• 🐛Bug fixes: We've squashed more bugs to ensure a smoother escape experience.
