It’s that time again! Retroware is proud to be showcasing our games at the TooManyGames 2024 convention this weekend!

If you’re in the area and down to play some games, head on over to the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA from Friday, June 28th to Sunday, June 30th!


We’ll be featuring a bunch of our games–all available to play! There’s a whole lot to see and experience at the convention, so don’t miss this opportunity to visit our booth, check out some merch, and play all of our past titles and the current ones in development!

The evil Dr. Killemoff threatens Tromaville with his army of Radiation Rangers, but who could possibly stop them?

THAT’S RIGHT! YOU!

Choose your favorite Toxic Crusader and rush into battle to defend Tromaville against the pro-pollution forces of Smogula!



Arrive on the scene as Toxie, a hideously deformed creature of superhuman size and strength and leader of the Toxic Crusaders!



Give your enemies a “pleasant” vocal performance as Yvonne, Toxie’s girlfriend and resident singer of Tromaville!



Crash into enemies as Junkyard, the lovable dog boy who’s always ready to defend his friends and the city from Dr. Killemoff!



Swoop down onto foes as Nozone, the former ace pilot armed with a deadly sneeze and fast-moving attacks!



Charge into battle as Major Disaster, the commander of all things Mother Nature and former army soldier!



Demonstrate your brains and brawn against the Radiation Rangers as Headbanger, the conjoined Toxic Crusader of Dr. Bender and surf boy Fender!

Grab up to 3 other players--be they your friends, siblings, neighbors, or your grandma for insane local multiplayer action! With support for local couch co-op, you'll be able to take on the evil Smogulan forces with a party of up to 4 players at once!



Choose your favorite Toxic Crusader and jump into the fight across Tromaville and locales beyond! Gang up on bosses, toss around enemies on the streets, or compete to see who can get the highest combo number!

While the original team consisted of Toxie, Nozone, Major Disaster, Junkyard, and Headbanger, we just had to add in Yvonne and, of course, Mrs. Junko (Toxie's mom) for players to choose from!

Play as Toxie, the mop-wielding heroic leader of the Toxic Crusaders!

Choose Yvonne, Toxie's girlfriend with a KILLER singing voice!

Pounce on foes as Junkyard, the lovably vicious dog boy!

Storm onto the battlefield as Major Disaster, the commander of nature!

Fly into the fray as Nozone, the former ace pilot with a devastating sneeze!

Wield the brains and the brawn as Headbanger, the conjoined hero of Dr. Bender and surf boy Fender!

Or bring the pain as Mrs. Junko--Toxie's caring mother!



You can look forward to grabbing your friends to play local couch co-op in Toxic Crusaders when the game launches later this year!

When battling against Dr. Killemoff’s army of Radiation Rangers, a Toxic Crusader must always ensure their appetites are fully sated! That’s why it’s important to pick up food items as you make your way through the battlefield.


Eating food items satisfies your hunger–signified by their ability to restore health! However, you’ll find that every food item will have a different amount of health to give! For instance, apples will give less health than a chicken wing on a plate!


And you can find food items in even the most unusual places–like after lifting up a garbage can, a mailbox, or even a fire hydrant! But no matter how they appear, you’ll always wanna grab some grub to fight off hunger and replenish that health!

Let’s not be picky with WHERE we find our food now!

See, everyone automatically THINKS cars are meant for nothing more than driving from Point A to Point B. But that’s everyone’s problem!

Luckily, the Toxic Crusaders know exactly how to use cars when Tromaville falls under attack by Dr. Killemoff’s Radiation Rangers, or if any local thugs join in on the rampage!

THROWING CARS!



When it comes to another one of Dr. Killemoff’s schemes, the Toxic Crusaders must use every weapon, ability, and…parked car they can find to drive back the evil forces of pollution!

That said, you’d best make sure your car is parked inside your garage, or maybe even parked on your driveway, because if it’s out on the street–uh, well, consider it to be a potential contribution to the noble cause of fighting pollution!





But when the fighting finds its way to the Tromaville junkyard…all bets are off. No Toxic Crusader would ever have any second thoughts of tossing a rusty, damaged car at a bunch of Radiation Rangers! How’s THAT for crowd control?


Whether it’s beating up Dr. Killemoff’s minions, or teaching the local thugs a lesson, you can count on the Toxic Crusaders to use any parked car to defend themselves and the home they love!
