Major Update Ver. 1.2.0 Release Date Confirmed for January 7, 2026 (PT)!

[/p][p]We are excited to announce that Major Update Ver. 1.2.0 will be released on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 (PT) so everyone can enjoy FAIRY TAIL: DUNGEONS even more.[/p][p][/p][p]This will be our largest update to date with 5 new playable characters, new dungeons, as well as over 170 new cards, more than 100 new skills, and additional events and features.

New playable characters have been added to further enrich the replayability after clearing the main game![/p][p]
・Gajeel / Juvia: Playable after reaching the ending.[/p][p][/p][p]Gajeel: Block and Revenge Specialist[/p][p]
Contains cards that become stronger when at a disadvantage.[/p][p]Can also give further support if you have multiple Wizard Summon: Levy cards.[/p][p][/p][p]Juvia: Support and Affinity Specialist[/p][p]
Contains powerful defense and support cards.[/p][p]Collecting Wizard Summon: Gray cards will increase your offensive power.[/p][p][/p][p]・Mirajane / Laxus / Gildarts: Playable by clearing newly added content.[/p][p][/p][p]Mirajane: Ultra Offensive Risky type[/p][p][/p][p]Making use of \[Satan Soul] allows for incredible offensive power.[/p][p]But it comes at a price, so think carefully before releasing Satan Soul.[/p][p][/p][p]Laxus: Offensive Technical type[/p][p]
Contains some cards that unleash their full potential when certain conditions are met.[/p][p]Make sure to consider the order you select cards to fulfill these conditions.[/p][p][/p][p]Gildarts: High Cost Ultimate type[/p][p]
Contains powerful offensive cards with high MP cost.[/p][p]Collecting Wizard Summon: Cana cards will increase offense even further.[/p][p][/p][p]■ Over 170 New Magic Cards[/p][p]We have added Magic Cards from the original story, not only for the 5 additional characters but for existing characters as well. Additionally, if you are lucky enough to encounter him on an Event Tile, Haru from Rave Master (also created by Hiro Mashima) will lend you his strength.
[/p][p]■ New Content & New Features[/p][p]To further deepen the replayability after finishing the main game, we are adding challenge elements such as the new "Special Labyrinth Exploration" content and higher difficulty levels for existing "Labyrinths."

We are also introducing several adjustments to make the game more enjoyable and immersive, including:
- A Card Upgrade function selectable when re-acquiring the same card.[/p][p]- "Expedition Records" to look back on your play history.[/p][p]- "Casual Mode" to lower the game's difficulty.
Furthermore, powerful enemies from the original story will stand in your way as bosses.

[Improvements & New Features]

- New Skills Added
Added a new "Magic Chain" that allows a free combination of selections.
With this update, existing Magic Chains will no longer appear outside the center of the skill grid determined by the amulet.
The new Magic Chain will always appear evenly when unlocking skills one space away from the center.

Added skills that activate through the use of Wizard Summon Cards or when Extra Attacks are triggered.

- Enchantment Improvements
Added a feature to reroll effects by consuming Lacrima.

- Magic Card Adjustments
Extensive balance adjustments and new effects added, mainly to Magic Cards with MP costs of 2 and 3, expanding build options and reducing reliance on RNG.
Adjustments for each character are as follows:


Balance adjustments to existing cards and the addition of new cards provide more support-focused build options.
Some high-cost cards have new debuff effects like the status ailment "Burning."


Significant balance adjustments to the effects of the Magic Card "Prayer" and some Celestial Spirit Magic.
Added a new buff effect, "Prayer," which enhances the effects of certain Celestial Summon Cards.
Changed the Magic Card "Luck" from a support type to a defense type and added a Block +5 effect.
Added "Status Effect Damage Amplification" to some high-cost cards.


Extensive balance adjustments to existing cards and the addition of new cards provide more build options across different types.
Added effects that reduce or nullify the user's Block on cards that convert Block value to damage.
Some high-cost cards have new effects like "Debuff Duration Extension."
Added a new debuff effect, "Frostbite," to some high-cost cards.
Added a new buff effect, "Ice-Make Extra Attack" to some high-cost cards.


Extensive balance adjustments to existing cards and the addition of new cards provide more support-focused build options.
Added a new buff effect, "Finisher" to the Magic Card "Flash" (guarantees the next attack will be a critical hit).
Some high-cost cards now include the status effect "Laceration."
Added a new buff effect, "Extra Attack Sword," to some high-cost cards.
Added "Status Effect Damage Amplification" to some high-cost cards.
Added "Status Effect Damage Activation" to some high-cost cards.


Changed the Magic Card "Focus" from a support type to a defense type and added a Block +5 effect.
Added a new debuff effect, "Razorwind," to some high-cost cards.


Added "Anti-Air" effects to some cards.

- New Magic Cards Added Rally (Natsu): Grants Rally (nullifies block reduction from turn passing once) to the entire party, etc.
Command (Erza): Grants Finisher to the entire party, etc.
Strip Off (Gray): Grants Strip Off (doubles the effect of ATK Down and DEF Down debuffs) to the user, etc.
Several other cards have been added.
(All of these will be available after clearing the ending.)

- Dodge Mechanic Changes
Changed to combine dodge chances for calculation.
When dodge is successful, all evasion buffs will be removed.

- Skill Adjustments
Adjusted Magic Chain effects.
Adjusted the enhancement effects and costs of Magic Cards.

- Effect Adjustments
Enhanced effects for successful stuns and dodge.

- Rank Reward Adjustments
Adjusted the timing for adding amulet slots.
Third slot: Rank 41 -> 30 (Players between Rank 30-40 will automatically receive the third slot after the update.)
Fourth slot: Rank 83 -> 65 (Players between Rank 65-82 will automatically receive the fourth slot after the update.)

- UI Adjustments
Changed action icons for enemy special attack turns and added effects.
Changed the enchantment icon for Extra Attacks and Normal Follow-up Attacks.
Shortened descriptions of some special effects in Magic Card descriptions and moved them to a separate section.


- Monster Adjustments
Adjusted the balance of some monsters.
Added the "Levitation" buff to certain monsters.

- Labyrinth Adjustments
Added new monster groups.

- Difficulty Unlock
Unlocked ★★★★ difficulty for the Sealed Portal and Deep Labyrinth.

- Nether Palace Balance Adjustments
Added new monster groups.
Adjusted so that buffs and debuffs for certain monsters are modified from specific floors onward.
With this adjustment, the difficulty beyond Floor 25 has been increased.

- New Labyrinth Quests Added
Added new quests for the newly unlocked difficulty levels.
(Labyrinth Quests related to the Nether Palace must be completed again after the update.)

- New Amulets Added
Added new rewards for the newly added quests.

- Library Improvements
Optimized display processing.
Added idle animations for monsters.

- New Enchantments Added(Edited)
