Update notes for 0.2.0

When some items reach their max level they get better the more bugs you have eaten in the current chapter, in this update we change that to being based on the bugs you ate during the whole run!
With this we also changed the numbers a bit, the item stat increase is a bit lower for each eaten bug but in the end it has the potential to be much stronger than before since it is based on the total amount of eaten bugs.

Changes:
The last two weeks we have also been working on updating the environment graphics. One thing we want to do is to make the frog swim in the water, here is a preview of how it is looking so far (keep in mind that it is not implemented in the game yet and it is still being worked on).

Also, we decided to use the version number a little differently, so, for no particular reason, we will go to version 0.2.0 (sorry if you got excited about the new number!).

Changes:
- Items that scale with score (bugs eaten) on their top level now scale based on the total score instead of each chapters score
- The score in the top right is now displaying the runs total score instead of the chapters score
- Symbols for life and score has been added in descriptions for level ups, pickups and in some menus
