Update notes for 0.1.39

This update delivers some small quality of life changes to Froguelike. Especially for the new thing that is the cursor now hides after 5 seconds we would love to hear if that is good or not? Is 5 seconds too long? Too short?

- The cursor is now hidden if the mouse is not moved or clicked for 5 seconds
- You can now pause during chapter selection (except for when choosing the first chapter)
- Improved cursor hotspot (we hope!)
- Effects no longer sometimes carry over to the next chapter or run
