ENDLESS MODE - v1.1

1.1 changelog:
-Fixed the issue with the special waves that involve special EARL death messages not properly triggering in Emivita due to an extra EARL located in the camera room. Now EARK is there.
-Fixed the issue with the Wayne's Keys menu not pointing at the correct Kick and Last Weapon keybinds.
-Added menu dim by default to address menu readability issues.
-Made the game start in fullscreen by default.
-Made the HUD not stretch out vertically by default (it was adjusting to the aspect ratio.)
-Made OpenGL the default hardware renderer backend.
-Updated Automap colors.
-Made Boom Brew's physical radius and height smaller, hopefully fixing the issue with dynamites being stuck in ceilings.
-Fixed the issue with Boom Brew triggering an explosion twice at once when exploding on a non direct impact.
-Added unique win messages for the endless maps.
-Fixed the issue with some of the enemies not initializing their deaths properly, which lead to their corpses being blockable.
-Fixed the issue with Sunken Smasher in Beached Beluga Blues not noticing you right away when blasting through the door on his first encounter.
-Added Miscellaneous tab.
-Added a warning prompt to the Engine Options option.
-Updated the menu visually.
-Fixed the issue with the projectiles breaking the endless mode map endings.
-Polished up some of the endings.
-Fixed the issue with dynamite spawning blood decals (what the hell).
-Updated old crosshairs and added new ones.
-Moved some settings from visual options to game options.
