Unity security patch

Needed to update the game to fix a security flaw found by Unity recently. Working hard on the upcoming update!

Small update 0.5.4

List of changes:
  • Shards are now also given beyond wave 100 (to give to the friendly wizard)
  • You can now re-arrange items in inventory by dragging
  • When a recipe is active in the tower, all the inventory slots will be green
  • The items in the wizard shop now can only be bought once
  • The amount of shards you receive is more variable, but buffed in the end.
  • The Archangel boss wave now end when you defeat all the enemies spawned during the wave AND by killing the boss
  • Certain recipes would suppress certain stats (like Fire Storm would suppress burn from it's items), this has been removed for the stats. The effects of the items in a recipe are still suppressed (like the effect of Lit Match in Fire Storm)
  • Frost Gold per Kill value is now consistent in both the in-game description and progression description
  • Fixed a bug where enemies that entered your base did not get instantly killed (because enemies at very high waves had a lot of health) which resulted in them dealing more damage to the base instantly killing you.
  • Fixed a bug where slow could be higher than 100%, which resulted in the enemies walking backward x)
  • Fixed a bug where the drones could case an error, which resulted in more errors (happened when you switched a drone while it was shooting and that shot would kill an enemy)
  • Fixed a bug where red random items would sometimes give items of lower rarity
  • Fixed a placeholder text bug
  • Fixed a bug where sometimes too many tree were rendered which caused an error for the dropping leaves visual effect
  • Hopefully) Fixed a bug where the dutch language would show up (while it is not fully translated yet)

Update 0.5.3

Fixes and changes for update 0.5.3

- The friendly wizard now will keep on providing you items for shards after wave 100!
- The critical strike damage of Head hunter now works with lightning tower scaling (and all other scaling)
- Adjusted the scaling in endless mode. Wave 1000 should be much harder to reach
- All endless enemies with the modifier Regeneration should heal now
- Changed the descriptions of some achievements where the description still said some old information
- Changed the description of the gold amulet achievement. The items have to be in the tower inventory! (that's how it worked but I but a wrong description in the achievements)
- Resolution of items in tower inventory is restored back to before previous update
- Fixed a bug where you did not get the achievement of unlocking all modifiers if you first beat two-lane hardmode, then one-lane hardmode (while having all requirements met)
- Fixed a bug where the game would freeze for seconds to minutes when unlocking either the lightning tower abilities, or the spike tower ability
- Fixed a bug where if you had too many lightning towers and used the Lightning Focus recipe, the amount of lightning strikes would be too much which resulted in an error
- Fixed a bug where an error would occur if the friendly wizard's shop would display a highest rarity item
- Fixed an issue where pressing Escape in the main menu screen would generate an error
- Fixed the naming of the items to be more consistent with the previous items (Uppercase consistency)
- Fixed a bug where the damage calculations of Damage releaser was incorrect.
- Fixed a bug which introduced some minor number inconsistencies in the post game screen

- Buffed Overpowered mace 375% -> 425%
- Buffed Damage releaser 600% -> 750%
- Nerfed Head hunter 400% -> 375%

Small patch 0.5.2

Thanks for all the bug reports on both the discord and the steam forums!

[h2]Fixes and changes[/h2]
  • Fixed some item unlock conditions not working properly (for example the 10 lightning towers condition)
  • Corrected certain achievements, now they all should show/work properly!
  • No more level continue when getting defeated
  • Fixed a bug where the endless popup kept showing up when loading a game in wave 50 or higher
  • You can now decrease the range of a tower to 0 and in turn unlock the Sunflower item when reaching range 1
  • Fixed the flamethrower tower bird causing errors
  • Increased the resolution of the question mark of unrolled items

Some quick fixes

  • Made the endless scaling scale more exponential
  • Made some item text descriptions more clear
  • Golden Lootbag unlock condition should work now
