Hotfix: Achievements + UI Fixes.

Fixed Achievements sometimes not saving properly.
Launching the game will recover all unsaved achievements to Steam.
Fixed Steam Deck touchscreen interaction with spell boxes. (hopefully)
Fixed Fire Sprite counter UI counting down while stunned.
