[p][/p][p]From October 20th, a hush settles across the realms of Sky. From the open fields to the shadowed forests and beyond, a stirring has begun. An ancient rhythm that calls the migrating creatures of light to rise, gather, and journey together.[/p][p]It is time for the Season of Migration.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Guided by a new Spirit known as the Migration Guide, you will help shepherd a lost herd of majestic creatures back onto their ancestral path. Along the way, you will soar beside jellyfish, mantas, birds, and other beloved creatures, seeing them in surprising new ways as the migration carries on through the skies.[/p][p]This season is one of triumph and wonder, of finding the way home, and of discovering how deeply connected we are — not just to each other, but to the luminous creatures who share our world.[/p][p][/p][h2]A Journey of Light and Companionship[/h2][p]Over the course of 10 seasonal quests released weekly, you will join the Migration Guide in leading the herd across familiar realms transformed: Daylight Prairie buffeted by strong winds, Hidden Forest overflowing with floodwaters, Golden Wasteland wrapped in heavy fog.[/p][p]Each quest deepens the season’s story, offering moments of cooperation, resilience, and joy. This is a season designed to be enjoyed together, whether you’re teaming up with friends or finding kinship in a flock of Sky kids soaring beside you.[/p][p]And in the Wind Paths, new Spirit memories are waiting to be discovered. Keep an eye out for hints near the migration camp in Isle of Dawn: they’ll guide you to where those memories can be found.[/p][p]

[/p][h2]New Systems, New Connections[/h2][p]Season of Migration introduces several new ways to play and connect:[/p]

• [p]Friendship System: Instead of unlocking items through a single linear path, you can now spend time with Spirits to build Friendship. This opens new choices for how you unlock seasonal items, and allows for special moments with Spirits along the way. We look forward to building this new Friendship system with you, so please send us your thoughts on this update! [/p]
• [p]A new addition to social play: You will be able to see a simplified visual system that represents the presence of other Sky children nearby, offering a glimpse into new ways Sky may bring players closer together in the future.[/p]

[p]These changes are designed to give you more freedom and social connection, and for us to explore possibilities for Sky’s future.[/p][p]
[/p][h2]A Season for Every Sky Kid[/h2][p]For newcomers, the season keeps things simple: quests use familiar mechanics, and flying sections are gentle and approachable. For experienced Sky kids, there’s plenty to do: new light creatures to guide, new twists on classic levels, and lore-rich connections to Sky’s cosmic cycle of life, death, and rebirth.[/p][p]Above all, this season is designed to be social: cooperative quests, flock flying moments, and celebrations best enjoyed together.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][h2]Take Flight in the Season of Migration[/h2][p]The migrating herd has begun its journey, but they cannot complete it alone. [/p][p]Sky kids will not only meet a new migrating light creature, but based on player feedback we've also included more quests for players to dive into. This is our first time trying out more quests over the course of a season's story, so as you experience Season of Migration, please make sure to send us your feedback!

Well, get ready for our first Radiance Event! [/p][p]From October 13th through 26th, Dark Plants have an increased chance of dropping Green and Black Light that players can use to dye various cosmetics. [p]As the sun makes place for the moon, warm lanterns are lit throughout the realms of Sky. Soft light bathes the land, as we gather under the stars to relax, reflect, and share a few riddles with each other along the way.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][h3]Write a Riddle, Light a Lantern[/h3][p]This year, a familiar Spirit returns to help guide the celebration. Look for them in Aviary Village, or perched on the hill in Home. Speak to them to teleport to a special moonlit area where night skies and glowing lanterns await.[/p][p]There, you’ll find an area set aside for player-created riddles. Once again, you can craft your own brain-teasers and hang them as glowing lanterns for others to read, guess, and solve. Should you find one that sparks your curiosity, enter your answer! If it’s correct, the lantern will light up with a joyful burst of fireworks! It’s a peaceful, playful way to leave your mark and connect with others across the night.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][h3]A Sweet Treat… With Surprising Effects[/h3][p]There’s more to discover, too. Near the heart of the event space, the cozy gazebo now houses a table stacked with light treats, a tasty tradition you’re welcome to sample. But be warned: These cakes may have a mysterious side-effect…[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Days of Moonlight is a calm and gentle celebration, one made for quiet joy, clever riddles, and soft laughter shared beneath the stars. There’s no rush here. Just bring your creativity, your curiosity… and maybe a friend or two to puzzle over a lantern together.[/p][p]We’ll see you in the (night) skies![/p]
