Otok Update v1.13

In Update v1.13 I added some translation stuff.
- Added translations to Spanish, German, French, Chinese(Simplified), Japanese, and Portuguese.
- Added a little bounce to the text on language change.
if you think any of the translations are nowhere near the English base, then you can message me on Twitter and let me know what you think should change.
