Diablo 4's Spiritborn is free right now, while you can earn extra gold and XP

If you've been taking a break from Diablo 4, right now is the perfect time to jump back in. We might be deep in the Vessel of Hatred DLC and Season 6, but Blizzard is offering you plenty of reasons to take the game for a spin. You can try the new Spiritborn class, earn more gold and experience, and even boost an old Eternal Realm character you've been meaning to come back to. It doesn't matter if you're a seasoned Diablo player or relatively new blood, either, as there's a lot on offer at the moment.

Future Diablo 4 seasons will offer more content to Vessel of Hatred owners

While it's certainly had its issues, Vessel of Hatred has mostly gone over well with Diablo 4 players - the new Spiritborn class is a popular and powerful new addition, and the swathe of gameplay additions and improvements that arrived alongside it have strengthened its position as an excellent ARPG. Diablo 4's sixth season, Season of Hatred Rising, also dropped alongside it, but all of its offerings could be enjoyed by everyone, with or without the DLC. However, it sounds like it's not going to stay that way, as Diablo general manager Rod Fergusson has revealed that future seasons will bring "exclusive" content to those that own Vessel of Hatred.

When you have a live service game on your hands, it must be a nightmare any time you want to change anything, especially when you're adding something to the game. Titles like Destiny 2, Path of Exile, Warframe, or Once Human are always on a knife edge when it comes to alterations. Diablo 4 is no different, and the recent addition of the new Spiritborn class has seen some completely unintended effects cause this character's power to skyrocket. Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred patch buffs Legion events and fixes frustrations

The next Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred patch notes are here, and they're pretty lengthy. The ARPG's latest update is mostly focused on fixes, with some of the bigger frustrations tackled alongside some welcome changes for recurring irritations such as the constant flood of Gem Fragments. Alongside those come improvements to Legion events and the Kurast Undercity, as Blizzard prepares the table ahead of its midseason patch for Diablo 4 Season 6.
