Having replayed Diablo 2, Diablo 4 is now the series' best game
Before playing Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred, my favorite Blizzard game ever made was Diablo 2. Dripping with darkness, and oozing malice, Diablo 2 set the tone for the ARPG genre, inspiring generations of games like Path of Exile and, more recently, indie competitors like Last Epoch. There's no denying that the Dark Wanderer's saga of strife changed the course of videogame history, but having played Diablo 2 Resurrected while I waited for Vessel of Hatred to drop, the rose-tinted glasses have come off.

With Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred finally upon us, the PCGamesN team has all been working hard on perfecting our ideal builds in the new DLC for the Blizzard RPG. If you've finished the campaign, your journey has only just begun - now it's time to get that endgame gear, earn your Paragon points, and take on challenges such as the Kurast Undercity and Dark Citadel. That's a grind that can be quite a daunting task, but it's just become a lot easier thanks to a new Diablo 4 hotfix providing a hefty buff to drop rates for one of its most necessary crafting materials.

How do you farm Forgotten Souls in Diablo 4? Diablo 4 isn't over once you've completed the campaign. There is a whole new world of endgame content to discover, alongside seasonal stories and features, and Helltide events are just one of those post-campaign mechanics. They're also the best way to farm valuable resources including Forgotten Souls.
D4 Forgotten Souls are a D4 salvage item, though the best way to get them in greater quantities is via Helltide events, as you'll need to salvage some pretty valuable gear to even get a chance at seeing a Forgotten Soul. They're used to upgrade Sacred and Ancestral weapons, and you need them in order to perfect your best D4 builds in the RPG game, so here's how to farm Forgotten Souls after Diablo 4 endgame.

Get Diablo 4 and Vessel of Hatred for free, thanks to MSI
It's time to gear up for another free game promotion, with MSI giving away free copies of Diablo 4 and the new expansion, Vessel of Hatred, to anyone who buys one of its new gaming laptops or handhelds.
The list of eligible products is a little confusing, as technically any of the best gaming laptops from MSI are included, as long as they include a certain CPU and GPU combination.
