Hotfix and results of the first day

Bugs fixed:

1. Tooltip disappeared on some screen resolutions
   
2. The interface was not scaled on non-16:9 screens
   
3. There was a frightening loud sound in the settings
   
4. There was no setting to disable mouse movement
   
5. Builder bees broke after the destruction of the building they were repairing
   
6. Minor text mistakes in several languages.
