Hotfix #1

- Fixed performance issues on Nephalia main world map, removed several redundant events that was causing performance drops. Hopefully this improves your gameplay experience!
- Fixed pathing for Towers Nix & Elbris lobby where NPCs cannot be reached
- Fixed pathing for Havencross West Jewelry throwing you into another store.
