During event period all Squads will only play Crown Chases in Round 2.

What a Patch Note [May 10]



We are pleased to announce the following updates on May 10.

[h3]'Training' mode[/h3]
Now you can practice on your own!
  • 19 rounds available (18 types of round 1, and 1 type of round 3).
  • If the round type is Race, your clear time for each race will be recorded. Keep challenging yourself!


[h3]Authority Party Progression System[/h3]
  • When an authorized account (Game Master or Content Creator) creates a party, a button is created in the street (lobby) to join the party.
  • Up to four party join buttons can be created.
  • When selecting the button, you can enter directly without entering the "Invitation Code".


[h2][Improvements, changes and bug fixes][/h2]
[h3]Party System changes[/h3]
  • The maximum number of people in a party changed: 20 β†’ 10.
  • Added UI to indicate the server region of the party leader.
  • Added a "Quick Start" feature that automatically starts after 5 seconds when the maximum number of people join.
  • Removed the "Rejoin Party" feature that was available in the results screen.



[h3]Level Design Improvements[/h3]
[h3]ROUND1[/h3]
  • (Waterbomb) The difficulty of the seesaw section in the Rumble Tumble 1 minigame was reduced.
  • (Playroom) The interference between the trampoline and the rotator in the final section of the Trampoline Race minigame was removed.
  • (Playground) The bounce of the trampoline in the final section of the Trampoline Race 2 minigame was increased.
  • (Playroom) The difficulty of the "Rubber Duck Shooter" in the Trampoline Race 3 minigame was reduced.
  • (Playroom) The size of the 'Moving Bumper Pillars' in the Maze Mayhem 3 minigame was reduced.


[h3]ROUND2[/h3]
  • (Playroom) The wind strength of the fan in the Crown Chase Freeze Tag minigame was increased.
  • (Waterbomb) The "High Jump" item is no longer available in the Paintball Strike minigame.
  • (Playroom) The "High Jump" item is no longer available in the Sprinkler minigame.
  • (Playroom) Climb issue has been fixed, to prevent characters from climbing on top of the walls on the Sprinkler minigame.
  • (Waterbomb) The issue where toy guns could be fired through terrain in the Paintball Strike minigame has been fixed.


[h3]Other Systems[/h3]
  • The minimum number of Squads to start a game was changed: 11 β†’ 8.
  • Squads are automatically sent to the street (lobby) after 30 seconds of inactivity during gameplay (except in Training mode).
  • "When Show Names" [Tab] [Button] is enabled during gameplay, it will be maintained until all rounds are completed.
  • You can now go to the Streets (Lobby) by using the "To the Streets" button on the exit screen or by pressing the ESC button.


[h3]BUG FIX[/h3]
  • Fixed an issue where certain characters (letters) were not displayed correctly in Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.
  • Fixed an issue where the amount of cash held was not immediately updated after recharging cash.
  • Fixed an issue where the achievement count for 'Re-Entry 02' in Steam achievements could not exceed 100.
  • Changed the goal count for "Weekly Endeavors" in Steam Achievements from 1000 to 100.
  • Changed the achievement description for "Unlucky Runners-up" in Steam Achievements from 'Place first in round 2' to 'Place second in round 1'.
  • Changed the achievement description for "Still in the top" in Steam achievements from 'Place first in round 3' to 'Place third in round 1'.
  • Fixed Issue with Weekly Mission 'Daily Endeavors'.

This is the Seal: WHAT the FUN Dev Team.

First, a massive shoutout goes to all our early access Squad! Thank you for being an integral part of our ongoing development process.

We've been listening closely to your feedback and working hard to continuously improve the game during BETA TEST and EARLY ACCESS. Today, we have some exciting news to share with you!

Many of you have been playing Early Access version of Seal: WHAT the FUN, and we've received a lot of valuable feedback. Among the various suggestions and feedback, there has been a high demand for a single player mode.

We're thrilled to announce that this week, we plan to release an update introducing the single player mode (Training Mode)! If you have any suggestion for the naming, we are open to suggestions.

This single player mode is designed for those who want to understand the map, gimmicks and train their skills. It will allow you to learn the game's rules, improve your skills, and develop new strategies.

Your input is vital to us, and we're dedicated to continually improving the game based on your feedback.
