Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that had the potential to keep the player from interacting with a main boss preventing them from progressing the story.
  • Consuming Helm can now be sold.
  • It's no longer possible to enter the Crescent Island lighthouse before intended.
  • Lani's name was incorrectly displayed as Mila during a cutscene in Makaiton. Fixed.
  • Fixed an issue in Qyne's Temple where a chest with Stamina Amulet was incorrectly displayed as Harmony Earrings.
  • Fixed an issue in Qynes Temple when leaving the lowest level would cause the stairs to the final area to appear without pulling the necessary lever.
  • In the Pyramid the player is no longer able to bypass a battle to access the guarded chest.
  • When arriving in Serpent Strand the label Anhiem was being shown. Corrected.
  • The player may now descend the stairs of the upper floors of Ryso's Temple.
  • The Windlord will no longer respawn when reentering its domain.
  • Fixed an issue that allowed the player to interact with a detonator in Serpent Strand to get infinite Funny.

Difficulty Settings Added

Four enemy difficulty settings to choose from:


  • Story: For those who want to enjoy the story. Enemies are weak.
  • Normal: Game as intended. Fair challenge with minimal grind.
  • Hard: For JRPG veterans who may find the game too easy. Enemies are stronger, and some will use abilities not seen in lower difficulty settings.
  • Impossible: For the hardcore and those who have mastered the game. Enemies are unfair, super strong, and some will use abilities not seen in lower difficulty settings.
The difficulty setting may be changed at any Inn.

Corrections and Minor Bug fixes

  • In Evendusk Cove the player can no longer jump down to a boss battle after completing it.
  • Thana’s personal quest had the wrong title and has been corrected.
  • Suncrest Hill fixed a visual bug which caused a duplicate of Mila to appear.
  • Widened the path to Makait Tower to make it easier to pass around the wagon.
  • Increased the size of the main menu window to prevent Journal text from being cut off.
  • Improved the lightning of the final boss encounter.

Autosave in the Rift and more fixes

General

  • Corrected Aria’s and Ailish’s names from showing improperly.
  • Characters that appeared to be missing tomes (Visual bug) will have them in new games from now on.
  • Lani’s Awkward Cheer skill no longer is described as an offensive ability.
  • Mushroom Cave on Crescent Island had a mob that would not despawn after battle. Fixed.


The Rift

  • Celestial Strike and its description on weapons has been corrected.
  • Autosave will now trigger on the result of your last battle.

Bug Fixes

General

  • The ferryman in Suncrest village will no longer get stuck on the player after being paid.
  • “Horse Guy” in Faidias will continue to give rides to town after completing the merchant’s quest.
  • The Fairy Necklace will now protect against Confusion.



The Rift

  • The Mind Ring will no longer be displayed as “ZMind Ring” when found.
  • The Flash Dagger will no longer be displayed as the “Dank Dagger” when found.
  • Trace could sometimes use weapons he should not be proficient with. This has been fixed.
