Hello all,

A quick hotfix to address a couple issues.


Bug Fixes:

-Fixed an issue where the town teleporter was not taking you to the first tier of levels as intended

-Fixed an issue where the potions were not actually cheaper than they were

-Fixed an issue where SteamVR was starting when it didn't need to
-Note: Turns out that it is now enabled by default by Unreal Engine, for some awful reason
