[p]Hey everyone! Sorry for the silence, we’ve been focused on fixing systems and cleaning up a bunch of annoying bugs that many of you reported. Thanks a lot for playing and sending feedback, it really helps.[/p][p]Here’s what this update brings:[/p][hr][/hr][h2]✨ Added[/h2]
  • [p]The game now pauses in singleplayer when the ESC menu is opened.[/p]
  • [p]Added an "I Am Stuck" button for safe respawning.[/p]
  • [p]Death markers now appear on the map and compass.[/p]
  • [p]Added new triangular half walls to the building system.[/p]

  • [p]Improved NPC AI movement and decision-making. There are still areas to improve and we are continuing to work on it.[/p]
  • [p]Updated the water shader to something much prettier.[/p]
  • [p]Refreshed UI map icons.[/p]
  • [p]General performance improvements. There may still be some FPS drops, but we are working on it.[/p]

  • [p]Aggroed NPCs no longer chase forever.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed NPCs always running instead of walking when moving slowly.[/p]
  • [p]Various small environment fixes.[/p]
  • [p]Map saving now works correctly.[/p]
  • [p]Temporarily removed Light Rain weather.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed save and load issues when returning from the main menu.[/p]
  • [p]Dropped inventory now saves properly.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug that caused players to become immortal after leaving the game while dead.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed Lithanite tool animation glitches.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed buildings sometimes colliding with invisible obstacles.[/p]
  • [p]All sound settings now apply correctly.[/p]
[hr][/hr][h2]📝 What’s On Our Plate Next (For the Demo)[/h2][p]Here are the things we are planning to work on next, based on your feedback:[/p]
  • [p]Reworking the hunger and starvation system. Many of you reported that it feels shallow, so we will add more depth, introduce liquid containers, and rebalance hydration.[/p]
  • [p]Localization. We will start with a few languages such as Simplified Chinese and German, and expand over time.[/p]
  • [p]Full-body player animations, especially better and more dynamic mounted animations.[/p]
  • [p]Fixing UI scaling issues on wide and ultra-wide screens.[/p]
  • [p]Investigating and fixing falling-through-map bugs.[/p]
  • [p]Improving mounted creature movement and addressing related bugs.[/p]
  • [p]Making the early game and quests easier to understand so players can get into the game more naturally.[/p]
  • [p]Key remapping support.[/p]
  • [p]Quality of life improvements for the inventory and building systems.[/p]
  • [p]Continued FPS and performance improvements.[/p]
