DEMO Stays Live & Lovecraftian Days

Dear Clawlers

We hope you have been doing well :)
Thanks to your help, Dungeon Clawler is on its way to greatness ✨
In just two weeks, the game has reached 25’000 Steam wishlists!

Since there are still many people clawing their way through the demo, we have decided to keep it online for now and release a few updates for it as well!
If you want to get pinged for updates and discuss features and improvements with us, please come join us on Discord.

We’re currently participating in the Lovecraftian Days.
If you managed to get to floor 5 in the demo, you might know why ;)
So if you like spooky games, make sure to check out the event!

Cheers & Thank you very much,
Stray Fawn Studio

Demo Live Now & Thank you

Dear Clawlers

It has been quite the weekend!

Within just a few days, we have gained over 5000 wishlists, which is way beyond our expectations!
This is giving us a lot of confidence that Dungeon Clawler has the potential to find an audience (which is not a given with such a weird concept xD)
Thank you all for showing us your support 🙂

The demo is now live on Steam!
You can download it for free from our Steam page!
We’re not sure yet how long this first demo for the game will be live, so make sure to grab it now while we're taking part in the Steam Deckbuilder Fest!

We would love to hear your feedback, so please join us on Discord.
You can also post and vote for your favorite ideas there!

We want to give a shout out to the game that inspired us to create Dungeon Clawler in the first place. We met the devs at a game event last year and they are just the greatest bunch. They helped us to find toilet paper when we needed it most (don’t ask, it’s a long story).

I’m talking about… Peglin!
Which is btw currently running its lowest historical discount as part of Deck Builder Fest!
And they will release an update soon :)

Everybody, please keep on clawling!

Cheers & Thank you very much,

New Steam roguelike swaps cards for a claw machine, you can try it now

Just when I thought there was nowhere for the roguelike deckbuilding genre to go, Dungeon Clawler adds an honest-to-goodness claw machine into the mix. Between modern classics like Slay the Spire and recent successes like Balatro, the often nebulous genre of roguelike deckbuilder has always offered up plenty of choices, and you can try this new take on it via a free Steam demo right now.

In my future I foresee a whole lot of hours in Dungeon Clawler

Dungeon Clawler from Stray Fawn Studio (The Wandering Village) was just announced with Native Linux support and a demo available, and this blending of a rogue-like deckbuilder with a claw machine is going to absolutely annihilate my free time.

Welcome to the Dungeon! Did you bring your Claw?

Hey everybody

Thanks for checking out our new game Dungeon Clawler 😀
We first had the idea for this game when travelling in Japan and playing in the arcades.

To improve his fortune in gambling, the evil dungeon lord has chopped off your left rabbit paw and wears it as a charm. Replacing your lost limb with a (t)rusty claw you fight your way through the dungeon to reclaim what's yours!

The game is still early in development, but we want to start sharing more infos with you as soon as possible! A first trailer and demo are planned to launch later this month.
We’re currently working on animations, more items, enemies and much more.
We can’t wait to hear what you think about Dungeon Clawler!

In the meantime it would help us a LOT if you could wishlist the game.
