New sound system for the Spectator 2 is here! In addition to the bugfixes

* Again fixed synchronization issues between clients. This will prevent cases where effective anomaly detection in co-op mode would lead to desynchronization.
* Improved the connection speed between players.
* Fixed anomalies on several levels.
* Updated translations.
