Following the Roadmap: Updated Economy

We continue to move forward with the plans listed in our roadmap, and the next big news after the La Royale major update is the updated economу that the majority of the community voted for.

The highly anticipated update is here! Repair costs have been reduced, while SL gain has been increased — so that, on average, players using vehicles of any rank will break even, even without a premium account. These changes affect the overwhelming majority of vehicles in the game, meaning that the average player is likely to notice them after several battles.

Additionally, vehicles of the same class, battle rating, and economic rank will now have very similar economic characteristics. You can learn more from these spreadsheets:

Another great new feature: now in the preferred locations and missions window you’ll instantly see which battle rating each mission is available at. This will make choosing your preferred locations and missions easier.

As we release the planned changes in our roadmap, we'll also continue to update the infographic, so that you can easily see what we have already implemented. Here is the latest version!

Check out these improvements and tell us what you think: on Steam, social media or the official forums!

Two ships and a decal for German Navy Day

The history of the modern German Navy goes back to the Reichsflotte that was founded on June 14th, 1848 — 175 years ago. Since then it has gone by many names, but now it’s called Bundesmarine and consists of 65 vessels, 56 aircraft, and 17,000 people. Its anniversary will be celebrated in Wilhelmshafen by opening up frigate Hamburg for the public, as well as concerts and competitions.
Т31 and Z20 Karl Galster Destroyers for Golden Eagles
T31

K-20 Karl Galster

We’re joining the celebrations too! To commemorate 175 years of the German Navy, two World War II era destroyers will be available for purchase for Golden Eagles.
You’ll be able to get them from June 15th (12:00 GMT) until June 19th (7:00 GMT).
T31 is sturdy and boasts rapid fire main caliber guns, and that’s why it often emerges victorious from small and mid range duels: its shells can easily destroy inner modules of enemy ships and often blow up ammo racks. Z-20 Karl Galster is quite thin and is quite agile for a destroyer: in AB it can reach a top speed of 86 km/h! Its guns reload quickly, and its 37 mm AA guns are fully automatic, unlike other German ships!
From June 15th (12:00 GMT) until June 19th (7:00 GMT)

Play 3 battles using German vessels (rank III or higher, with an activity of not less than 70%) to receive the “Emblem of the German Navy Headquarters” decal.
“Emblem of the German Navy Headquarters” decal

Complete the task in random battles, except for Enduring Confrontation missions and [Assault] mode. Track your progress in the hangar by clicking Nickname → Achievements → Holidays → German Navy Day.

You can find the decal in the “Holidays” tab in the Customisation menu.
