This update should fix the Sole Survivor achievement and make it obtainable.
If you've already finished the game, you'd need to replay the part where you permanently eliminate that last character in order for the game to register that it happened.

In this update, I've had to remove one conversation choice from Chapter 5 and reword another, since there was a logic clash with something that happens in Chapter 7. :')
