Feedback Update - 2025-02

Steam Next Fest
In preparation for Steam Next Fest, we've given the 17.waves a standalone demo page. Your feedback thus far has been invaluable, and we wanted to grant you additional ways to share your thoughts on the demo.

You can check out the updated demo here, with space to directly leave reviews on that new page!

Thank you!

Thank you for all the great feedback so far! This patch includes a bunch of updates addressing a number of points people have made. Try them out now on the demo build!
Tower Upgrades
Towers now need a differing amount of Hex Nuts depending on the team size. Fewer Players equals Fewer Hex Nuts.
Coin Cache Attraction
The Coin Cache Attraction radius has been increased from 2 to 3 meters. With DeadEye the attraction has been increased from 6 to 12 meters.
High score
A "High score" has been added to the Overworld view. This is the amount of coins unspent at the end of each level. It has no effect on anything, just for your own information.
Enemy Coin Drops
When an Enemy hits your base, they will now still drop coins.
Various Changes
• Player under glow to help visibility
 • Player drop shadow to help landing when jumping/flying with Fleet-Foot/Littlewing
 • Hide full player names in Loading Screen and Score Cards when "Player Nameplate" is disabled
 • Increase Overclock damage and recharge speed
 • More Balancing updates regarding Enemy health and counts for differing team sizes
Bug Fixes
• Fixed issue with Littlewing not brining Player back to nearest tower when died
 • Fixed issue with enemy collisions were not hitting all Players if the host purchased Littlewing
 • Fixed issue with Projectiles not being removed when a Tower is destroyed
 • Fixed issue with Boosted/Flame audio still playing when a Tower is destroyed
 • Fixed issue with "Use/Deposit" text not being removed after using an item
