Hexguardian Inferno update out now - plus a 25% Discount

Hello Guardians!

We're here to celebrate the Steam summer sale in style! Not only will you be able to pick up Hexguardian with a 25% discount, but the Hexguardian Inferno update is out now!

Once you've mastered each biome in Crazy difficulty, you will now unlock Inferno difficulty. The sun won't be the only thing bringing the heat this summer!
Inferno Difficulty
The Inferno difficulty lives up to its name, rewarding players for the highest score rather than longevity. Additionally, you can add one or more Mutators to the current Inferno level to increase the difficulty in various ways, and thus earn higher score bonuses. Each Inferno level will initially unlock 2 Mutators, and other Mutators can be unlocked by achieving a certain score in that level. The leaderboard for "Inferno" levels will record your highest score instead of the highest number of days survived.
Balance Adjustments
Adjusted spell damage: Due to the automatic increase in spell damage as days progress, spells were dealing significantly more damage than towers and units as the number of days increased. This was impacting the diversity of strategies. Therefore, we have reduced the spell damage bonus increase per day.

Enemy HP changes: Reduced maximum increase on HP and Armor of Enemy Land Units as days increase. The maximum HP and armor of enemy land units increased too quickly compared to water and air units as the game progressed. We have reduced this growth rate disparity to balance the units better.
Preview of things to come
A new map, buildings, and wonders with unique mechanics are in the works and will be added to Hexguardian soon! Get ready for new challenges!

We hope you enjoy the new difficulty mode and the balance changes, and we hope to see you setting some ridiculous high scores in the inferno mode. If you would like to keep up to date with the latest news on Hexguardian and future updates, please join our DISCORD!
