This Season’s free reward tiers include a Hugo Boss Mid-Layer and Cardigan, a Wilson Staff Wedge, a Magician’s Top Hat, plus a whole lot more![/p][p]Play to reach the Free Tier 25 and earn a new free shot type—the Lob Shot! Perfecting the Magician Archetype this Season will leave your opponents wand-ering if there’s anything you can’t do.[/p][p]Returning this Season are Archetype specific seasonal quests tailored to this playstyle, but making their debut are archetype specific Challenge Maps. With it comes a whole new mode—Challenges—a new Clubhouse Pass, a new 18-hole course, and a whole host of fresh gear to earn as you play.

[h2]THE OLD COURSE AT ST. ANDREWS[/h2]
There are a lot of things to be excited about, but golf fans young and old will be absolutely chuffed to hear that the Old Course at St. Andrews Links is making its official PGA TOUR 2K debut in Season 2!
The Old Course at St. Andrews is the oldest and most iconic golf course in the world, dating back to the 15th century. Many consider it the birthplace of golf, and over the years its features have been given suitably epic names, such as those bunkers with names like “The Coffins,” and “The Seven Sisters”. The Old Course is available to play now for all players.

[h2]CLUBHOUSE PASS[/h2]
Season 2 re-ups the rewards with a whole new set of upgrades, enhancements, and gear for you to earn as you play with this Season’s Clubhouse Pass. This season’s free reward tiers include a Cobra White Snapback, Malbon Shorts, a Ruby Titleist T100 Iron, and a whole lot more!
Play to reach the Free Tier 25 and earn a new free shot type—The Long Flop! As with a standard Flop Shot, this shot is performed with a wedge and features a high trajectory, plenty of spin, and a short run. However, this shot is designed to carry farther—perfect for when you need to flop but need just a little extra reach to achieve greatness

[h2]EQUIPMENT PROGRESSION[/h2]
During each season, players can evolve their equipment to a specific tier cap. The top tier target for Season 2 is Amethyst, though players can also now upgrade to Ruby as a key milestone. Get on the course and start swinging to earn equipment XP—there will be in-game challenges related to upgrading your equipment!

[h2]FEATURED ARCHETYPE - THE GREENSKEEPER[/h2]
There’s nothing “green” about golfers who master Season 2’s featured Archetype, The Greenskeeper. This golfer is a specialist with putter-in-hand. While time spent on the greens means less time spent reading lies and shaping shots, there’s no need to worry—the targeted precision of a Greenkeeper’s short game more than makes up for the occasional unpredictability of less-skillful approach shots.
Go green in Season 2! Create a MyPLAYER with the Greenskeeper Archetype to complete specific seasonal quests tailored to this playstyle for Season 2. Experiment with the unmatched putting skills of this Archetype while still having the freedom to return to your original build whenever you choose. Whether you're fine-tuning your short game or just exploring a new way to play, this season is the perfect time to grow your game.
