The long-awaited Path Of Exile 2 will be fully unveiled next year, first at Exilecon 2023 before heading to Gamescom in August for European players to check out in the flesh, devs Grinding Gear Games have confirmed. Path Of Exile 2 had been pencilled in for a 2022 release, but it’s now looking like the sequel could arrive in time for the series’ tenth anniversary. A beta is planned, too, and dates for that will be announced when the game is shown at Exilecon.

Fantasy action RPG Path Of Exile’s been kicking about for nearly a decade, but it’s still receiving hefty chunks of fresh stuff every three months. The latest, roguelike expansion Forbidden Sanctum, was revealed fully today during a livestream by devs Grinding Gear Games. On December 1st at 11am PST we'll unveil the mysteries of the Forbidden Sanctum expansion via an exclusive livestream on Twitch! This post contains everything you need to know before the livestream starts.

[h2]What time does it start?[/h2]
The livestream will start at 11am PST on December 1st. If in doubt, check out the countdown on the front page of our website.

[h2]What can I expect?[/h2]
We'll start the livestream by revealing the trailer for Path of Exile: The Forbidden Sanctum, followed by a deep dive into all of the new content and features that are being introduced in the expansion.

Following the reveals, ZiggyD will join Chris Wilson live for a Q&A with questions from Twitch chat. The entire livestream, including the Q&A, will most likely be just over an hour long.

[h2]Will Twitch Drops be enabled?[/h2]
Yes, Twitch Drops for the Blood Guard Wings will be enabled from the start of the livestream until 8pm PST for all channels streaming Path of Exile during that time.

You will get the Blood Guard Wings after 45 minutes of accumulated watch time on any channel streaming Path of Exile during the event. This means that the drop is guaranteed for everyone who has watched any Path of Exile stream for this amount of time. This promotion is available for all accounts.
