During the launch of Path of Exile: Affliction on December 8th PST, you'll be able to earn the Ice Tiger Pet with Twitch Drops! If you haven't already done so, be sure to link your Path of Exile account with your Twitch account!

[h2]How to Participate[/h2]
Just simply link your Path of Exile account to Twitch (see below) and watch any Path of Exile stream on Twitch* between 11AM Friday December 8th PST and 11AM December 15th PST.

You will get the Ice Tiger Pet after 4 hours of accumulated watch time on any channel streaming Path of Exile during the event. This means that the drops are guaranteed for everyone who has watched any Path of Exile stream for this amount of time. This promotion is available for all accounts.

*If you're planning to stream Path of Exile during the launch of Affliction and want to enable Twitch Drops for your viewers, you can do it via your Twitch Creator Dashboard here.

[h2]Linking your Path of Exile Account to Twitch[/h2]
Visit your Twitch Settings page while logged in. If your account isn't connected, click the "Connect" button for Twitch under "Other Connections". Complete the process on Twitch and you will be redirected back to your Twitch Settings page. If your account is already connected, this page should say "Your Path of Exile account is currently linked to your Twitch account."

After you've accumulated enough watch time to earn your Ice Tiger Pet, you must redeem it from your Twitch Inventory before the promotional period ends. They will then be available in your microtransactions list in Path of Exile.

Since the dawn of time, or probably for a while at least, many an action RPG enthusiast has asked: why can I not spam the dodge button in [insert favourite ARPG]? It's a question I asked when I first clocked to Diablo 4's dodge, which has a cooldown so interminable (five seconds) that I never bothered to use it. Dodging feels good. Games should let you dodge, genre orthodoxies be damned.



Path of Exile 2 is doing it. The dodge in this long-awaited sequel has no cooldown whatsoever so you can spam the crap out of it. I recently spent a while with the ExileCon build of Path of Exile 2 and you better believe I spammed the crap out of that dodge. Even the druid's bear can do dodge rolls. Prior to our livestream the folks over at PC Gamer will showcase an interview with Path of Exile 2 developers as part of the PC Gaming Show. Tune in to twitch.tv/pcgamer at 10AM PST to find out more!

We’ll start our livestream by revealing the latest Path of Exile 2 showcase before the trailer for Path of Exile: Affliction. We’ll then take you on a deep dive into all of the new content and features that are being introduced in the expansion.

Following the reveal ZiggyD will join us live for a Q&A with questions from Twitch chat. The entire livestream, including the Q&A will most likely be just over an hour long.

[h2]Will Twitch drops be enabled?[/h2]
Yes, Twitch drops for the Huntsman Wings will be enabled from the start of the livestream until 9:30PM PST for all channels streaming Path of Exile during that time.

You will get the Huntsman Wings after 45 minutes of accumulated watch time on any channel streaming Path of Exile during the event. This means that the drop is guaranteed for everyone who has watched any Path of Exile stream for this amount of time. This promotion is available for all accounts.
