Crucible Fan Art Competition

Today, we're launching a fan art competition themed around the Crucible Expansion! We can't wait to see what you create as you pick up your hammer (or paint brush) and head to the Forge of the Titans! As usual, we have prepared an awesome prize pool that includes Path of Exile merchandise and in-game microtransactions.

[h2]How to Enter[/h2]

Create still art that is inspired by anything introduced in the Crucible expansion. This excludes video submissions but does include any painting, drawing or model creation. Then just submit your work in this thread.

Multiple submissions are welcome and encouraged. Please note that the submission needs to be your own work and needs to have been created after the launch of the competition.

  • The competition starts at the time of this post and will end on Tuesday the 23rd of May at 5PM NZT. Submissions made after this time will not be counted. We'll post the winners sometime in the following days.
  • Any work that is submitted must be your own and must be created after the launch of this competition.
  • AI generated art will not be accepted. We reserve the right to disqualify your entry if we believe that it is AI generated.
  • Multiple submissions are welcome.

Final Chance for ExileCon Tickets!

We now have a good grasp on final capacity numbers for our ExileCon event in July, so we're able to make the last small wave of ExileCon tickets available for purchase at the end of this week. These are regular and balcony ExileCon tickets, as the VIP and Ultra VIP tickets are completely sold out.

The remaining regular tickets will be available for purchase at 2pm on Thursday 27th of April. (You will need to be logged in to view the local time).

There will be approximately 77 balcony tickets and 179 regular tickets available to purchase. These will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. To get yours, go to pathofexile.com/exilecon at the time the sale starts.

Please also note that the name on your ticket needs to match your photo ID, so when purchasing a second ticket for your friend or a family member, make sure that the name on that ticket matches their photo ID.

This is likely to be the final wave of tickets, so if you are planning to attend ExileCon in person, don't miss out on them! We can't reserve tickets for you, so the only way to get one from this last batch is to be online at exactly the time they go on sale. Good luck!

Weekend Skill Effects Sale

This weekend, we're hosting a sale on a huge selection of Skill Effects! This sale includes every Skill Effect in the store except the new ones which were released since the launch of Crucible, which brings the count to over 400 discounted effects! You can find the full range of discounted microtransactions in-game by pressing M to open the store. The sale ends at 5pm April 24th (PDT).

If slaying monsters sets your heart aflutter, the Fluttering Eye of Winter Effect could be for you! Pair it with the Enchanted Armour Pack from the Enchanter Series Supporter Packs to maximise your butterfly coverage!

ExileCon 2023 Race Qualifier Events

At ExileCon in July, we will be hosting a competitive Path of Exile event live on the main stage. This event will be the culmination of a series of four qualifier events where Path of Exile's best racers will compete for a spot in the finale.

In each of these events, players will compete to be the first to kill Kitava in Act 5 in a Standard Solo Self-Found fixed seed environment. While this is not a Hardcore Event, players will incur a penalty upon death where they will not be able to move until a one-minute period has lapsed.

  • Qualifier One - May 4: 2pm PDT
  • Qualifier Two - May 11: 2pm PDT
  • Qualifier Three - May 18: 2pm PDT
  • Qualifier Four - May 25: 2pm PDT

The first player to kill Kitava in each event will receive the following:
  • Flights to Auckland, New Zealand for the weekend of ExileCon
  • Accommodation in Auckland for the weekend of ExileCon
  • Entrance into the ExileCon Race Finale
  • An Ultra VIP ExileCon ticket
  • Their choice of one of the below microtransaction bundles

[h3]Rules to Qualify: [/h3]
  • You must connect your Path of Exile account to Twitch and stream your participation (on the linked account) for the whole event. If we can't watch any portion of your streamed entry, you are not eligible to win.
  • If you win one of the qualifier events, you are not eligible to win another.
  • If for some reason one of the event winners is not able to come to New Zealand, their ExileCon tickets, accommodation and flights will transfer to the person who achieves the next fastest time in any event. They will still receive their microtransactions but the other prizes will be transferred to the next eligible person.
  • You must abide by Path of Exile's Terms of Service and Twitch's Terms of Service
  • Unsportsmanlike conduct at any time in the leadup to ExileCon may result in you being disqualified from the event
  • Past and present Grinding Gear Games employees are not eligible to win prizes in these events.
