We've listed the changes to the passive tree in the Patch Notes but if you're a community tool creator, you can find the JSON data here. If you're not sure what to do with this information, don't worry too much! We'll update Path of Exile's built-in item filter in the game and the Passive Skill Tree on the website alongside the launch of the Delirium expansion.

AnyEnchantment and HasEnchantment can now match the following rules (rather than just Labyrinth enchantment) Labyrinth enchantments

Cluster Jewels
Not able to filter by AreaLevel in Delve
Not able to filter by AreaLevel in Delve (bug) has been fixed. The Item Filter will only use the base monster level (the level of the shallowest part of the Delve, which is also what determines the player level requirement to enter the area) NOT the current monster level at the player's location in the Delve.
Cluster Jewel Enchantments
Not possible at the moment, but we may look into this in the future.
