How to Participate
Simply link your Path of Exile account to Twitch (see below) and tune into GGG Live at www.twitch.tv/pathofexile, or any channel in the Path of Exile Directory for 45 minutes on Thursday March 21st (PDT). Drops will be enabled from 1PM PDT until 10PM PDT.

You will get the Suffering Back Attachment after 45 minutes of accumulated watch time on any channel streaming Path of Exile during the event. This means that the drop is guaranteed for everyone who has watched any Path of Exile stream for this amount of time. This promotion is available for all accounts.

*If you’re planning to stream Path of Exile during our livestream and want to enable Twitch Drops for your viewers, you can do it via your Twitch Creator Dashboard here.

Visit your Twitch Settings page while logged in. If your account isn't connected, click the "Connect" button for Twitch under "Other Connections". Complete the process on Twitch and you will be redirected back to your Twitch Settings page. If your account is already connected, this page should say "Your Path of Exile account is currently linked to your Twitch account."

After you've accumulated enough watch time to earn your Suffering Back Attachment, you must redeem them from your Twitch Inventory before the promotional period ends. Then they will be available in your microtransactions list in Path of Exile.

We can't wait to share the details of our latest expansion and Path of Exile 2 with you! To stay up to date in the lead up to the livestream, make sure to check out our Twitter, Facebook and Forums. We'll see you at GGG Live at www.twitch.tv/pathofexile!

Path of Exile Necropolis will bring some big quality-of-life upgrades

While we await more news on the upcoming Path of Exile 2, set to launch in early access later this year, developer Grinding Gear Games has more immediate news with the imminent next league, Path of Exile Necropolis. What Will Happen When Affliction League Ends

We're in the final month of the Affliction League and you may be wondering what will happen when the league ends.

Currently we don't have plans on making the Affliction mechanic a part of the core game. Here's what you can expect when the league ends on PC at 2pm on March 26th (PDT):

 • All of your progress will migrate to the respective parent league of your characters, Affliction League will migrate to Standard League for example.
 • All of your Tinctures and Charms will be deleted.
 • Existing Itemised Corpses in Standard will not be deleted, nor are any Spectres from these corpses. However, those Itemised Corpses won't be obtainable in the next league.
 • Your Wildwood Ascendancies will no longer exist.
 • Existing Wildwood Rucksacks will become 'remove only' inventories with items in them only removable in towns and hideouts.
 • All Affliction exclusive uniques will be added to the core drop pool, except for That Which Was Taken.

If you have any Affliction challenges to complete, you still have a couple of weeks to do so.
