Oh, yes! In June, we had the exciting chance to watch you play the Beta of the Hellraid DLC. Thanks for your honest feedback, by the way! We spent all July working not only on finishing the DLC’s content, but also on implementing your comments.

Here’s what’s new:

• New sounds for the Torturer. Now he’s much more terrifying.
  
• Skeleton warriors now have their own unique set of animations.
  
• Numerous graphical fixes, including making loot pouches look much more “medieval.”
  
• Camouflage is now banned in Hellraid Tower - sorry, Chameleons!
  
• Better experience in coop.
  
• No more immortal skeletons from portals.
  
• Balancing, balancing and balancing!
  

Next week you’ll get the full Hellraid DLC, complete with a three-story dungeon, new monsters and new weapons, and we hope you’ll enjoy playing as much as we did creating it!

[h3]What’s next?[/h3]

We are now working on new Dying Light events, new content and new Hellraid updates. That’s right: in typical Techland fashion, we plan to release several free Hellraid DLC updates!

You should see the first of these in late September. Codenamed “Lord Hector’s Demise,” it will offer, among other things, two additional ranks that unlock new weapons and new collectibles. It will also feature bounties made specifically for Hellraid.


You can rest assured we will be eagerly checking your feedback and using it to add more engaging things to the Hellraid DLC in the coming months.

Over the next couple of days everything you do in Dying Light will be rewarded with a double amount of experience points. The bonus applies to all skill trees, including Legend.
